Responsible for the Implementation of QHSE Management System Onboard all the Vessels (AHTS) of the Fleet (Marine Vessel Spread) by Personally Visiting, Staying and Guiding all Personnel—from the Masters down to the Stewarts—during Operations in various Offshore Projects in different countries.

Conduct in-house Training. Assist and Train Shipboard Officers in implementing Shipboard QSMS. Inspect Vessels and Provide HSE Report and Follow up Actions with the Various Office department Heads. Provide Training for all crew on implementation of the QSMS. Implement & Monitor the Company QSMS. Implement & Train all Crew on the BBSI - SMILE CARD. Inspect that the Maintenance of the Towing Equipment and Gears are in Place. Review and comment on Vessels' filing and Documentation Control. Conduct Audits on Vessels' HSE System, audit closure and any clients / 3rd Party Inspection Reports Closure. Facilitate Accidents/Incidents Investigations and Corrective Actions. Evaluate, and propose new developments in, Company Procedures as dictated by Operational Needs with consideration of Regulatory Requirements.
