JDE Construction Management, Canada: Prepared scheduling section of an Expert Report on a C$30 Million claim. Evaluated and compared contractor’s as-built CPM schedule to the as-planned CPM schedule in P3 on a 160 MW generating station built in Nova Scotia in 1994. Also reviewed documents such as meeting minutes, weekly and monthly progress reports, depositions, correspondence and monthly invoices. Also worked on other claims, mainly dealing with schedule issues on industrial construction projects.
Bantrel, Inc. (a Bechtel subsidiary), Canada: Senior Project Controls Specialist for Bantrel, a multi-disciplinary engineering company dealing mainly in petrochemical projects. Project Controls lead for Co-Op refinery (detailed engineering) and Petro Canada Athabasca Terminal (DBM and detailed engineering). Responsibilities include schedule preparation, updating and monitoring in P3 (v3.0) and MS Project, preparing Engineering Progress & Performance Reports (EPPR) for progress and earned value analysis, participating in weekly progress meetings, trend preparation & monitoring.
Suncor’s Millennium Oil Sands Project, Canada: Project control and contract administration for pipe fabrication, module assembly and vessel dressing contracts as a part of Millennium Construction Contractor’s (MCC) Modules and Off-Site Fabrication (MOSF) Group in Edmonton. Within the Project Controls group, responsible for forecasts, trends, contract preparation, contract modifications, checking contractor invoices and preparing invoice approvals, participating in project progress meetings, negotiating and closing out contracts with the contractor.
AMEC, U.S.: Commercial/Risk management assignments in NY City, Chicago & San Francisco. Participated in Risk Management meetings and workshops for proposals and projects in NYC, Chicago and San Francisco including Bronx Paper Mill and SF Jail #3. Responsible for preparing a Risk Management Plan, monitoring and controlling the progress of the plan, keeping the Commercial Director and AMEC’s Risk Manager in London upto date on the progress of the plan.

Responsible for quantity take-offs, estimating, subcontractor bid analysis and recommendation to the client, schedule preparation and monitoring, client meetings, field inspections when needed.
