Wrote affidavits of Use and Possession on many properties in East Texas, Prepared Landman's Statements with regard to condition of property, title difficulties, and problems with boundaries and surveys. Prepared Ratifications of Leases and Units. Prepared Division Orders.

December 2005 – June 2008 Griffith Land Services Houston, TX

* Developed Sovereignty runsheets and Update runsheets for several exploration and production companies as needed. Successfully compiled all documents published on the assigned property with and without the aid of an abstract plant. Indexing included Deeds, Oil and Gas, Deeds of Trust, Tax Liens, Miscellaneous Deeds, Probate, Taxes, Mechanics Liens, Divorce Records and Marriage Records, Lis Pendens, Circuit Court, and District Court. Interpreted documents and calculated ownership. Abstracted documents for runsheet.
* Worked on title curative. Extensive search for information on family heirs using internet, courthouse and talking to family members. Have been extremely successful in locating lost individual family members. Developed Affidavits of Heirship and Stipulation of Interest, Landman's Statements and Affidavits of Use and Possession.
* Leased property in target area in preparation of oil and gas exploration.

June 2005 – November 2005 Exterra Resources Evansville, IN

* This was a brokerage partnership with Audubon Oil and Gas. I was working on a gas exploration project for a new client (Continental Resources of Enid, Oklahoma). I was running title in Caldwell and Hopkins counties in Kentucky using Metes and Bounds with source of title, and grantee/grantor indexing. Required to read and interpret documents to determine ownership of surface and minerals with some severances as early as the 1870's. Also required to determine if any part of the parcel had been sold, current status of tax payments, and if there were any encumbrances or Mechanic's Liens on the property.
* Trainer for potential Landmen or problem Landmen.
* Worked on special projects for tracking minerals for a state wildlife park and tracking down heirs for a person that reserved minerals on approximately 5000 acres between 1890 and 1935.
* Plotted deeds to try to determine location of plots. There is no connection between deed and map number in Kentucky.

* Worked on a project on Pike County Indiana running title for leasing. Indiana uses Section/Township/Range deeding method.
* Worked on a different project in Union County Kentucky providing title work for oil exploration leases.
