Graduate projects: Fluid flow analysis
Analyzed the fluid flow in a U-tube bend pipe and reported by using the Ansys and Fluent software. The velocity and the pressure contours are obtained where the flow separation and the vortex shedding are visualized.
Manufacturing Model by using Pro-E'
Developed the Numerical Control sequences to manufacture a model to create a Mill Surface, Mill Volume, Surface Milling, Volume Milling and Local Milling using Pro-E Software.
Under graduate project:
Experimental set-up for wear test machine and analysis of wear rate for lead-aluminum alloys.
The set-up is made to fit on a Disc polisher machine, so that wear test is carried out on a machine at different speeds, and at different radii by varying loads on the specimen thus calculating the wear rate for lead-aluminum alloys and graphs were plotted between wear rate vs. radial distance and wear rate vs. speeds

„« Presented a paper on "Jatropha oil as an alternate fuel in ic engines", a National level Technical Symposium conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad which was awarded 3rd Prize.
