What's the most effective way to perform a search?
Go to Advanced Search
1. Select 'Industries', 'Categories', 'Education', and 'Experience' fields. Click 'Search' and look through results.
2. Enter one or two of the most important keywords. Click 'Search' and look through results.
3. To search within results add more keywords.
How can I find resumes that contain specific exact phrase?
To search for an exact phrase, just put quotation marks around two or more words, for example "mining engineer".
Use this feature to narrow your results or to find words that can be typed differently, for example AutoCAD "Auto CAD".
