Well test planning HAZOP and program draft for Conoco, based in Houston, for well Chota#2 Deepwater Nigeria unable to supervise job as departure from Congo delayed and alternate supervisor sent for job.
Assist Schlumberger WCP Testing Azerbaijan as consultant in equipment preparation and dispatch for BP testing operations August/September in Azeri field.
Completion Engineer for Zetah M&P Congo Kouakouala 202 1 well project October to December.

1996-2001 HP/HT Well Test Supervisor, Schlumberger Testing

February 1999 to July 2001 well test supervisor assigned to BP Amoco Shah Deniz project responsible for planning preparation and execution of HP/HT testing operations on wells SDX-1, SDX-2 and SDX-3 Azerbaijani Caspian sea. ELF TDX-1, Chevron Absheron-1. Includes integration of all other services and companies associated with testing operations. January 1998 transferred to Testing Flying Squad Job supervisor, chief operator SWT in various locations as required by Schlumberger. Deepwater experience West Africa, planning/design Norway. All of the projects in Norway dry holed. Phillips planning supervision of 22" line pigging on Ekofisk, pump controlled flow rates 186,000 bbls/d.

Field Service Supervisor

Base supervisor surface testing operations 5 x 10kpsi 1 x 15kpsi surface test packages client liaison field support and logistics, including leave relief for FSM during which time responsibilities were expanded to include DST TCP client liaison and logistics. Operations being conducted up to 1200 Km's from Al-Khobar base. 17 Rigs working directly on gas exploration total rig count 35 all land rigs, four offshore self propelled maintenance barges. Only three production tests carried out offshore during my period in Saudi Arabia, all for comparison appraisal of client supplied three-phase in-line meter.

1996 - 1997 Well Test Specialist.

DHR/STAN training course, Data Acquisition FTC Pau France, February 1996 supervising field operations.
Base FSS Surface Testing (Three Months). Supervising field operations on location testing high pressure high flow rate gas wells including sour conditions 10kpsi and 15kpsi well test packages. Average of two tests per month all with surface pressure between 6-8K, maximum encountered 12000 psi SITHP

1989-1996 Well Testing Consultant

Working for Schlumberger, Expro, Baker Oil Tools and HRS as well test operator/supervisor as required on oil and gas wells, high pressure high H2S, in UK, Europe and Middle East. During this time was closely involved in field proving of Baker computerised well test program in Qatar. Program was initially custom item for QGPC (national oil company), later versions being more suited to general testing operations. Location supervisor/co-coordinator March and April 1995 worked closely with Shell for Baker Oil Tools on El-Isba blow out in Syria,. scope of work included re-piping at El-Isba production station, day one, to allow use of flow lines for water supply to location of blow out, siting of pumps and tubing lines at location for pumping of recovered crude from inside bund wall to production station via production lines at other El- Isba wellheads. Expansion of Baker pumping capability from 20M bpd, days 2-4 up to 50M bpd day 17, liaison with Shell, other service companies and security forces for preparation of locations and installation of further pumps/tanks as required bringing total capability to 100M bpd.

1985-1989 Well Test Operator Supervisor, Baker Production Services, Abu Dhabi UAE

Offshore onshore in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Qatar, oil and gas well testing for exploration and production purposes. Supervisor on MV Lamnalco 18 Baker Bluebird, custom built testing and stimulation vessel equipped with one 2 phase 1440psi separator for free water knock out and two 3 phase 1440psi separators, chemical injection pumps, one LP high volume pump for line flushing/packing and one HP test stimulation pump. Work included testing of oil and gas wells up to 80 MM SCF/D 6K psi wellhead pressure, maintenance on jackets, line flushing/de-pressurising general field production and pressure monitoring.

1983-1985 Sales Assistant Wood & Wood Signs, Doha, Qatar

Assisting in sales presentations and marketing of products, keeping company accounts and stock control.

Installation and maintenance of automatic and manual discharge Halon systems on floating/fixed roof oil and LNG storage tanks, machinery spaces engine rooms etc. at on/offshore production facilities.

Duties covered conducting slick-line and Well Test/DST operations on oil and gas wells for exploration and production purposes. Field pressure surveys, SCSSSV maintenance, Kinley caliper surveys, swabbing, bottom hole sampling and Gyroscopic Surveying with Sperry Sun. Wellhead maintenance as required by client.
