Summary:

I have over 25 years of experience in mechanical and hygienic piping design comprised of both home office and field assignments. Experience includes petrochemical and nuclear piping design pharmaceutical and biotech. I have prepared P&IDs, equipment arrangements, piping layout drawings, system and fabrication isometrics, and as-built drawings. Provided field construction support services including: QA/QC for mechanical systems, trouble shooting and correcting mechanical/piping conflicts, and have performed estimates for new work orders.

Petrochemical and Nuclear Piping Design Major Projects:

* Sunoco Inc., Westville, NJ
Designated Project Team Leader as part of field design staff provided OSBL piping and equipment arrangements for a major plant cumene expansion/retrofit.

* Pennzoil Company, Shreveport, LA
Provided Mechanical construction support for a refinery upgrade project. Responsibilities included but not limited too, troubleshooting for the project by identifying and distributing design components and handling materials received for said project. Provided QA/QC support, mechanical/piping re-design, "As-Builts" and estimating support for extra work orders at Atlas Petroleum Refinery.

* Sun Refining & Marketing Company, Toledo, OH
Designated Project Team Leader providing design support as part of a field design office for a major refinery retrofit and turnaround at the Toledo Refinery. Prepared CAD P&IDs, equipment and piping arrangements as well as isometrics. Worked closely with plant operations for incorporation into unit area design.

* Rohm & Haas, Bristol, PA
Designated Project Team Leader in design of OSBL/rack design, equipment arrangements and isometrics on a "grass roots" polymer facility in Texas.

* PECO Energy, Limerick, PA
Functioned as Craft Superintendent. Prepared detailed work packages and monitored/reported progress daily at client project update meetings.

* Philadelphia Electric Company, Delta, PA
Provided on-site support for Units 1 and 2 modifications to Peach Bottom. Revised existing piping arrangements and created "As-Built" drawings.

Provided on site detailed design/build for a multi-million dollar cell-culture facility. Responsibilities included field design of the Buffer Prep, Media Prep and clean utility distribution systems.

* Centocor, Inc., Malvern, PA
Developed detailed design layout for media preparation area, performed walk-down check of WFI systems, and provided field design support during construction.

* Merck & Co., Inc., West Point, PA
Piping Construction Superintendent for construction support for $80 million pharmaceutical facility. Provided design assistance and turn-over/start-up documentation. Functioned as subcontractor superintendent and material control coordinator.
