A. QUALIFICATION
-Graduated from Diploma I Chemistry-Chemical Analyst High School in Bandung, West of Java.
-Fluent in English both oral and written;
-Computer literate (Microsoft Offices: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.);
-Familiar with e-mail utilization;
B. EXPERIENCE
-13.5 years working experience in Petrochemical (Polymer) industry located in Cilegon, Banten since 1995 until now. For detail 6 years working experience in Quality Assurance section as Senior Laboratory Technician, 3 years working experience and support in Mitsubishi Logistic Indonesia (Polymer products export to Japan) as Assistant Supervisor, and 4.5 years working experiences as Assistant Supervisor or Chemist in Marketing Technical Service (MTS) same as Research and Development section.
-Familiar with Laboratory works and R-D activities;
-Can work with less supervision and able to work under pressure;
-Familiar with general safety activities.
-Able to work independently or as a part of team in difference culture
C. ABILITIES
-Good knowing in handling, maintaining and calibration of analytical instrument such as: Gas Chromatography (GC-Shimadzu; GC-14B, and Agilent type), High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC- Agilent 1100 series), Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS), UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Moisture Meter CA-06; Vaporizer VA-06, Automatic Titration GT-06, XRF, and Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrophotometer (ICPS), Ion Chromatography system (ICS- Dionex 2000).
-Familiar in Polymer analysis with Different Scanning Colorimeter-Thermal analysis (Melt temperature, Crystal 1 & 2 temperature), Intrinsic Viscosity meter, Density instrument, Refracto-meter, FT-IR, and Color Difference Meter.
-Conducting general analysis from raw material samples, process samples, product samples, customer complaint samples, water treatment analysis, environmental monitoring, and R-D samples.
-Good application and understanding about warehouse management for gas-reagent inventory, apparatus stock, material, waste disposal, product warehouse management, export material preparation, raw material receiving, etc.
-Good understanding in data processing, charts, and statistical data (R & D methods)
-Familiar with the implementation of MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) relation government rules, Safety patrol, potential risk, countermeasure, and preventive action for some incident.
-Good knowing general safety treatment, emergency response, fist aids, fire fighting theory and practice; base standard in SOS methods.
-Good understanding in the implementation research and Development (Quality of Control Circle); planning, actuating, evaluating, reporting, innovating,
