Responsibilities

- Working with gas service international limited shutdown team as senior instrument technician. Carry out the work like disconnection of T/C, RTD, T/W, Control valve tubing, I/P connection etc.
- Re-range the smart TX. Function check and calibration of smart family leveltrol, calibration of control valve with smart positioner.
- Calibration of smart pressure, flow, level & temp. transmitters. Re- connection of T/C, RTD, Control valve tubing, I/P connection etc. troubleshooting for minor fault.
- Completed control valve stroke check and zero check of transmitters.
maintenance schedule and reporting to the site in charge.
- Carry out the work like calibration and servicing of electronics, pneumatic TX. Pneumatic controllers, displacer type level TX. Level switches, control valve, tank gauges. Pressure switches, Rota meters. Loop checking through DCS System.
- Actively participated in commissioning activity - instrument corrective work, faultfinding, zero check & lineup the instrument, online calibration of level TX. Control valve, pneumatic transmitter & controllers.

Covering two central producing facilities, Gas Oil separation plants and fiscal metering station and out stations. Responsible for the breakdowns and planned preventive maintenance on the full range of oil field instruments. Carried out Overhauling, calibration and maintenance of pneumatic and Electronic Instruments of the following items.

MASONEILAN: Pneumatic and Electronic Transmitters, I/P converters, large size control valves with positioner for flow controls.

TAYLOR: Transmitters for flow/pressure/level/temperature and controllers. large control valves and volume boosters.

Fisher: Transmitters for flow along with flow control valve overhauling and calibration.

Foxboro: Transmitters for flow, pressure and temperature controllers, control valves & butterfly valves. Electronic transmitters for flow, pressure, temperature and transducers such as P/I.
Rosemount: Electronic transmitters for flow, pressure, level d/p cell & temp.

Solar Gas Turbines: Worked on Solar Gas Turbine doing routine maintenance and trouble shooting on instrument system.

Allen Bradley PLCs: Worked on Solar Gas Turbine and solar generators doing routine maintenance and trouble shooting on instrument system.

DCS Rosemount RS 3: have a Fair knowledge in distributed control system, configuration, create boot tap, change the batteries, change card cage, control processor.
Bentley Nevada: Worked on solar gas turbine (Bentley Nevada vibration monitor)& Bentley Nevada anti-surge control system on gas comp-driven by solar turbine.

Petrotech CCC: Anti-surge controller for Gas compressors which driven by gas turbine.

ITT: Electrical pressure Switches and chart drive recorders of flow, pressure and temperature.

Fire Detection System: Routine checking of fire detection system for smoke and heat detector in accommodation & Offices.

Carried out monthly loop checking ASD for the panels. Attend safety courses like, fire fighting, gas tester, norm courses, work permit system etc.
