c. Technical Competences and Skills:
1. Building geo-cellular models: Very skilled in static geo-cellular modelling using Petrel. Built over twenty geo-cellular models (clastic reservoirs in Niger Delta) and supported reservoir engineers in dynamic simulation.
2. Identification and maturation of infill drilling candidates: Skilled in field re-development. Senior Geologist and subsurface team leader that worked on two Shell Nigeria fields redevelopment plan. Eight quick infill development wells identified and matured in the two fields that will contribute extra 6000 bpd.
3. HCIIP / Reserve volumetric computation: I have good knowledge of lithology, structure, porosity, net pay and hydrocarbon/water saturation of all productive zones, and its utilisation in computation of HCIIP. Computed proved, probable and possible reserves for four Shell Nigeria fields and reported in accordance to SEC rules.
4. Geological Mapping and reporting: Very skilled in generating geological structural and property maps, cross sections and writing field reports in support of volume booking or field development. Generated structure and property maps, cross sections, and wrote geological aspect of field report for three Shell Nigeria fields (2003 – 2008).
5. Well planning: Team leader and geologists that worked with other subsurface engineers (Petrophysicist and reservoir Engineers) and Well engineers, in picking well targets and generating the drilling trajectories. Well plans reviewed using seismic data and 3D models
6. Technical Presentation skills: Very skilled in technical presentations to management, JV partners, government regulatory bodies. As subsurface leader for one of Shell Nigeria Project (2008-2009), I championed technical discussions and presented field development plan to JV partners and government and secured their approvals.
7. Prospect Evaluation and Near Field Acquisition: Good knowledge of near field prospect evaluation and involved in assessment of some potential near field acquisitions for Shell Nigeria (2004-2005).

* Production & Exploration Geologist (Jan. 2002 – Feb. 2008). Shell E&P Netherlands. Responsible to deliver production Geology aspects of two Shell Nigeria cluster developments plans, which will contribute 600 MMscf/d gas for LNG.
* Production & Development Geologist (1998 to 2002). Responsible to deliver, as part of Shell Integrated study team, geological aspects of field studies and support drilling Operations.
