I provide leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the day to day requirements of services and are responsible for the execution of the Welding Shop services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction costs. I look at the welding shops services and always try better and faster ways to get the job done, while always maintaining compliance to the contract, design data, work close with client to set times to do work on short term planning up to 1 week out, work on cost budgets, and quality, working close with the project team members and communicating issues,impacts,risks,and cost influence factors on SOW. I maintain a long and short range look ahead in planning work and go over all plans with the Construction Manager. Look at cost and man-hour to budget for to meet the client's needs. Responsible for maintaining product quality standards from start all the way to finish paint. Responsible for being OSHA compliant. Responsible for all QAQC on welding and Fabricating work. Responsible for giving all weld tests. Interpreting of weld X-rays. Final QAQC checks on end products. QAQC on all first runs I am also Certified in Horizontal, Overhead, and Vertical Structural Welding under ABS and ASME Code Section C1, C2, With R Stamp U, S Stamps. PT, UT, MT, RT, Trained. And have all documents from testing.
