Responsible for detailed engineering process design of utilities & offsites facilities, including circulating cooling water system, chilled water refrigeration, instrument/plant air plant, nitrogen distribution system, and interconnecting piping. Key activities included:
-Developed the process scope of work, including scope of services and facilities.
-Developed heat and material balances, equipment process datasheet and packages' specification.
-Performed and checked hydraulic calculations, pressure relief valves sizing and equipment sizing including pumps, tanks, and drums.

JiNan Fertilizer Plant 20000 Ton/Year MDI Project (Apr. – Dec. 1996) Shandong, China

Successfully completed FEED and detailed engineering design, Developed a novel process technology to produce large-scale syngas with high concentration of carbon monoxide (1000 Nm3 CO /hr). The capacity was scaled up to ten times of original process. At the same time, the process was modified during the scaling up.
Main responsibilities included:
-Independently generated PFDs & P&IDs, process equipment datasheets, process instrumentation datasheets, process specifications, and equipment & piping layout drawings.
-Developed operating manual for the test run.
-Provided technical support and trouble-shooting during test run in the field.
