Objective
My main objective is to give my wife and daughter a financially stable life. I am a family man who believes that family is the foundation of one's life. I am seeking a stable long-term job, one in which my hard work and dedication will speak for itself. I am an honest, hard-working man only seeking a chance to show what I am capable of doing for a company that is willing to stand behind their employee. I am quick to learn and perform new tasks, always available to go offshore, work overtime, and any other challenges that may present themselves before me. Abilities
I have a ability to work hard as a team player and get along well with others. I can withstand long hours of work in any sort of weather. Staying safe and going home to my family just the way I went to work is a top priority. Any one I work with will know this because I want the next man to be safe also. I have seen people get hurt offshore and its not something I wish on anybody.

Lead Operator 8/2007 - 9/2008 Wise Well Intervention Lafayette, LA
Worked 24 hours on-call for 21 days and 7 days off with a 40 hour week schedule at the shop. My duties at the shop included filling Nitrogen tanks, forklift operation, staging jobs out, organizing equipment, as well as loading and offloading trucks. I washed, inspected, maintained and tested coil tubing unit packages with built in Nitrogen pumping units, and troubleshooted problems with Nitrogen tanks, leaks on coil tubing unit packages and nitrogen pumps.
In the field my duties would consist of the transportation of coil tubing equipment to land, offshore, and inland water. I operated coil tubing unit packages, hydraulic cranes, high pressure pumps, nitrogen pumps, and high pressure chokes. I operated in various coil tubing jobs such as flowbacks, plug and abandon, fishing, acidizing, cementing, pressure testing, sand, paraffin, scale washouts, and milling.
Nitrogen and fluid pump operator 8/2006 - 8/2007 Integrated Production Services Broussard, LA
Worked 21 days on call out of 30 days along with a 40 hour scheduled work week. My duties at the shop included operating a forklift, maintenance, repair, inspection and testing of coil tubing equipment packages, nitrogen units, high pressure pumps, high pressure nitrogen hoses, nitrogen transfer lines and nitrogen tanks. I troubleshooted hydraulic problems as well as nitrogen unit leaks.
In the field my duties would consist of the transportation of coil tubing equipment packages both on land, offshore, and inland water. I operated a hydraulic crane, high pressure pumps, and nitrogen units. I assisted with the rig-up of coil tubing equipment packages and asissisted in various coil tubing jobs such as cementing, acidicing, gravel packs, well flowbacks, pressure testing, sand washouts, milling, fishing and hang-offs with coil.

Worked 21 days on call with 7days off along with a 40 hour work week in the shop. I performed duties in the yard such as the rebuilding of 2X1 and 2X2 high pressure plug valves, operating a forklift, equipment washing,repair, maintenance,inspection and testing on equipment such as various brands and sizes of high pressure pumps, hydraulic powered centrifugal pumps, cement slurry mixers, camlock hoses, high pressure pumping iron, thermal units and flowback tanks. My duties in the field included offshore loading and off-loading of various equipment and supplies. Rig up and operation of high pressure iron, high pressure pumps, cement mixing tanks, Hydrochloric Acid tanks, etc. I am experienced in thermal heating of various solvents, well flowbacks, cementing, various pressure testing, gravel packing, and pipeline cleanouts (both offshore, inland water, and land).

Worked 24 hour on call plus a scheduled 50 hour work week. Performed such duties as mixing HCL mixtures, Ammonium Chloride, Acidic and Formic base mixtures, etc. Performed forklift operations such as the directing of loading and offloading of various deliveries of chemicals and supplies. Office duties included filling out shipping papers, making sure all deliveries, incoming or outgoing, had all paperwork accounted for such as bill of laden or chemical MSDS sheets.
