The work include putting together the scope of work for stage-1 and commercial arrangement for tender of Kerisi/Hiu facilities along with its contract implementation and coordination among 10 contractors in Kerisi/Hiu project. This include certification and inspection for all top side equipments, overall facilities, pipeline installation/pipelay permit from various institution. Other governmental related coordinations which are beyond the scope of responsibilities for coordinator include securing approval for POD & AFE, environment related issues i.e Environmental Impact Analysis(AMDAL), master list preparation, metering certifications, calibration.
Key Activities:
(*) Perform quality audit during preliminary engineering phase.
(*) Coordination with all government inspections related to securing the MIGAS, BPMIGAS for procedures and permit, Helidect from DGAC, location and pipelay permit from MIGAS, LO from SUSMAR
(*) Interface to all contractors during EPCI phase
(*) Identify all equipment to be certified by working together with the relevant engineers in Kerisi project team, EPCI contractor, subcontractor and to ensure they are compliance with procedure and regulation.

(3 months)-PT Tripatra Engineering & Construction, As field project coordinator/ field testing for South Jambi Project. ConocoPhillips. Role is to prepare field construction procedure and project quality procedure. Performed Quality Management Audit during Engineering phase. Role is to prepare bid documents and tender plan, bid evaluation and contract monitoring such as manpower tender for Cepu security, Cepu wellsite construction work, procurements of explosive materials, manpower for seismic - national and expatriate, manpower contract specialist for Cepu development project.

Oct 1995 – 2000:-General Electric Power Systems. As Global Sourcing Manager, Report to Asia Sourcing Director in Shanghai and for Operation report to each facility of business commodity ( Schenectady NY, Green Ville and Florence Italy). Responsible for Sourcing, supervision of manufacturing, quality control and delivery of finish product.

(*) Assigned to Arun Wellstream Dehydration Project – Mobil Oil in Lhoksukon- Aceh as Project QA and QC Manager. Responsible for quality control of static equipments during fabrication,construction and installation works.
