Coordinate ES&H duties with PMC staff and contractor staff. 8. Supervising the site co-ordination and ensures works are built to the required milestone requirements. 9. Monitor QA/QC plan to ensure Contractor compliance – ensure correctness of reports. 10. Ensures works are built to the specified standards and quality. 11. Ensures application of relevant project procedures and processes. 12. Monitor Environmental plan to ensure compliance; and correct records. 13.
