NOPC is the mother company of Rally Energy in Canada, Scimitar Production Energy Limited in Egypt and Scimitar Production Energy in Pakistan, and belongs to the Citadel Capital group. As the COO I was in charge of the Company operations developments in different countries. Main focus on the development of the asset in Egypt to increase levels of production and develop the first Thermal project in Carbonate highly fractured Dolomites reservoirs in the north of Africa. The company value has been settle in 2 B$ with and associated project development cost of 700 M$.
REPSOL YPF MIDDLE EAST
OPERATIONS MANAGER PERSIAN LNG PROJECT (JULY 2006 TO MAY 2008).
Initially in charge of the operation and production team for the Operations Readiness and Assurance of two phases of the South Pars field in the Persian Gulf in order to design, build, operate and handover an offshore field of 3000 MMSCFD, with onshore treating facilities and with a liquefaction plant to produce 16 MMTMA of LNG.
