Prepared Statement of Requirements for Sulfur Terminal Design for Ruwais Sulfur Expansion. Included were detailed definitions of solids and liquid transport arrangements, parallel designs for redundancy, ship loading and berthing requirements including design of sea board passage way for two 60000 T large ships coming into and loading at the same time. Design included electrically heated pipeline system. The sulfur terminal included providing for liquid storage and transfer system, jetty design and revamp of older facilities and associated offsite and utility systems.

Existing barge docks were modified to receive chemicals for larger barges and tie-ins to on-shore vapor recovery unit.
