2. Worked as Sr. Engineer in DSM Soft (P) Ltd., From Apr.2004 to May 2008.
1. My team got Incentive for More than 150% Team Achievement With in the budgeted hours. 2. Trained more than 300 Employee in Microstation software and 400 where trained in Project training. 3. Based on the Performance got selected as Trainer and then Certified Team Leader.

Jaiprakash industries Associates (P) Ltd., (M.P) From Dec.2002 to Feb-2004.

Project: 50T & 25T Semi E.O.T & 6x10 T H.O.T Crane.
Client: M/s Jaypee Cement Limited, Madhya Pradesh.
Preparation of General Arrangement of E.O.T Crane, Structural drawings for
Fabrication, L.T and C.T Arrangement With detailed drawings for E.O.T Crane,
Rope drum, Gear & Pinion details for fabrication, Belt Conveyers and Tank supporting detailing. Used Microstation-V7 & Autocad-2000 for detailing.
4. Worked as Act apprentice & On the Job Trainee in B.H.E.L (Bharat Heavy
Electricals Limited) From Apr.2001 to Dec-2002.
Conducted AutoCAD Training for all the Apprenticeship trainees (All the Trades like
Fitter, Turner, Welder, etc.).
