AREA OF COMPETENCE
Glycol system
Able to Safely operate and resolve problems with Glycol system to dehydrate compressed gas for satellite platforms to the proper operating gas dew point to reduce freezing on gas lift injection wells. Safely recycle wet glycol via the system to optimize on consumption.

Steam system
Maintain standard temperature via the heat systems to keep the glycol re-boiler in good working condition and also proper separation for wet fluid via the process system.

Turbine compressors
Monitor and Operate 3 stage Gaslift compressors from the suction first stage to the discharge last stage to keep a constant pressure to the satellite platforms.
Crude Separation Systems
Monitor and separate gas, oil and water via the system design to achieve dry gas before entering compressor suction in other to eliminate surging. Separate oil and water with standard environmental regulations and laws, to achieve less than 10ppm for produce water over board to prevent environmental effect and produce oil to less than 1% BS&W for export.

Injection water system
Operate and maintain the injection water system at operating pressure and plot graph for proper injection rate into the wells to help recover reservoir pressure in other to boost production.

Reports
Collect data, run Energy Component and Business Object for Production Reports. Such as Production clip boards, Morning reports, weekly reports, Mid & End of month reports, HSS&E reports, and PI / IPR reports.

Chemicals
Properly use and understand 90% of chemicals used in Mokoko Abana with the HSS&E standard (MSDS) and also operate, maintain and repair the Electrical and Williams pumps use for chemical injections, Hazardous materials handling and Transportation.

Satellite Platforms
Oil and Gas operation in well testing, wells IPR, well unloading, analyzing data, repair safety shutdown equipments, Operate multi fluid systems, instrumentation, digital and analog control system monitoring, analyzing performance of process flow, operation and resolving upset in process equipment, Monitoring and control Gaslift wells, ESP wells, Natural flow wells and water injection wells.

Responsibility
 Implement adjustments under the direction of the Process Control and ensure that the plant operation meets specifications
 Gather and collect data for the process and utility equipment, identify actions to be taken to minimize equipment and machinery failure also run Mid and End of Month Crude analysis, Daily, weekly IPR and HSS&E reports
 Implement shutdown, isolation, depressurizing and cleaning of equipment required for maintenance, purging and de-isolating ensuring all work permits, logout tagout have been cleared before bringing production back on line
 Carry out front line maintenance such as filter changes, pressure/temperature gauges replacement etc
 Recover plant from any emergency shutdown and minimize loss of production, whilst adhering to operating procedures and assist technicians working as a multi-skilled team
 Carry out lab duties, procedures and basic water, oil and gas analysis
 Complete pre start-up/operating checks, ensuring all interdependent systems are available. Complete post start-up/operating checks to ensure normal operating conditions
 Supervise new personnel working on site, ensuring they observe all safety procedures and statutory safety requirements
 Identify and respond to plant operating outside normal parameters and carry out the necessary action to correct the malfunction and plan preventive maintenance programs on platforms along side other crafts.
 Effective communication of all operations to the shift team for ongoing activities
 Emergency response duties as defined by the Company's Emergency Procedures
 Maximize production uptime and ensure that product specification is maintained at all times
 Receive fluid from the field, process and knock out water to less than 1% BS&W Pecten Cameroon Standard for storage / export and process and discharge produce water overboard with less than 10ppm.

 Motoring and control Dehydration glycol system to the proper operating gas dew point
