This is complete, integrated solution for total factory management. The 32 bit RISC architecture YEWCOM supervisory computer, linked by 10 Mbps map based SV net to Centum and the Centum distributed control system, interlinked by 1 Mbps HF BUS multi master process data high way.
CENTUM can be used in combination with YEWPACK control system and with single loop YEW SERIES 80 instruments.
CENTUM can also be linked by gateway to the YEWMAC distributed factory automation computer system, used for super vision and management of discrete processes and to various types of PLC.

STORAGE AND HANDLING(TANK FARM)
Operating experience of handling five tanks of naphtha each with 55000 barrels capacity with FLOATING ROOF and HDO Tanks with 50000 barrels capacity two numbers.
HYDROTREATING (Naphtha Desulfurisation)
To remove Sulfur content from 1500 ppm to 0.5 ppm in process Naphtha fired heater. Two reciprocating Hydrogen compressor, condense separators, Distillation column with Reboiler and Reflux condenser and reactor with COMOX zinc oxide catalyst.
REFORMER (Hydrocarbon CATALYTIC Cracking)
ICI Steam - Naphtha reforming process.
Having 90 nos. of top fired burners and a furnace. Two sets of ID and FD fans and Five nos. of heat recovery boilers. The reformer furnace operates at atmospheric pressure. In secondary reformer, methane is cracked into CO and H2. The RGB (Reformed Gas Boiler) generates 106 KSC steam.
UNLOADING OF LPG AND STORAGE
Experience in unloading of LPG using chiksan manual rotary counter weighted marine arm. The unloading rate is 2785 TPH. Storage capacity is 8500MT. I am experienced in pre-stock and opening stock calculations and storage.And also in the safety systems in storage and loading of LPG.
UNLOADING OF AMMONIA FROM SHIP TO STORAGE TANKS
Having experienced in Ammonia storage facility of 20,000MT at -300 C in harbour terminal unit, involves Ammonia pumps, reciprocation compressors. oil injected screw compressors. Unloading of Ammonia at rate of 500MT per hourfrom ship to tank.
Experience in Erection, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Post-Commissioning activities of LPG UNLOADING 10'' LINE upto 7 km on line from LPG unloading arm to on shore tank. Commissioning experience in,

HYDROGEN MANUFACTURING UNIT EXPERIENCE:
Hydrogen manufactured from INERT GAS and bleed of from SYN GAS Compressor to maintain H2 receiver pressure which is used for hydro treating and hydro -desulfulisation reactions.
Absorber Columns
Experience in operating different types of Absorber Columns having valve trays, bubble cap trays and packed columns.
Stripper Columns
Well experienced in operating stripper columns, reboilers and regeneration..
Distillation Columns
Well experienced in operating and maintaining different parameters in Distillation columns, its internal arrangements and trouble shooting.
Separators Having experience in handling vertical and horizontal separators and maintaining interphase levels and controllers.

INSTRUMENT AIR SYSTEM - Start up and shut down of Instrument Air Compressor, air-drying and regeneration- 3 reciprocating compressors each having capacity of 750 NM3 (27000 cft) of air and a pair of drying tower in which Silica Gel is used as drying medium. Well versed in cascading valve operation systems.
TURNAROUND EXPERIENCE -- Having Experience with many Annual Turn Around and experienced with removal and charging of catalyst from reformer, converter, high temp and low temp shift reactors and critical vessels.

SAFETY
HAZOP STUDY TEAM - Member of hazop Study Team. Identified all the hazard potentials in the plant and make suggestions to rectify the conditions. Carrying out planned inspections and safety tours.
TRIP DRILL - Once in two months trip drill is conducted to ensure the efficiency of the operator to act fast in emergency.
MOCK DRILL-Once in-three months safety mock drill is conducted. Officials will inform a dangerous condition in our area and they will declare emergency. All the personnel will handle the situation efficiently, quickly and properly.
SAFETY PROCEDURES - Well experienced in handing over any equipment for maintenance in a SAFE WAY knowing all procedures like ELECTRICAL CLEARANCE, CABLE Disconnection / Connection, isolation, flushing, purging etc.
* Good experience in following all safety procedures to be followed during Vessel Entry, Hot work like welding,cutting, DIG work, high elevation job, excavation jobs etc.
