SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

a.Familiar for handling oil and gas processing facilities as Control room operator (Panel Operator) using DCS Honeywell version (Experion PKS, GUS, TDC-3000)by performing monitoring fire and gas detection system ( SSS triconex, FSC honeywell ),weekly emergency alarm test,monitoring PV parameter to ensure and take action if process get upset or get disturbance and bring back to operating set point (process variable Pressure, Temperature, flow, level, etc.), tuning controller (PID) as per process philosophy, keep coordination between control room and out site/ field operator, upstream and downstream process control room by using radio, telephone for safely and smoothing operation, b.Familiar for handling oil and gas well producer in offshore and onshore platform ( Manifold / Satellite and Wellhead Platform ) including well testing via test separator to production header, offload to boom burner, slug catcher fingers type, start up new well, start up platform after general shutdown, pigging operation of sea line or trunk line, Well head control panel and hydraulic power unit system.
c.Familiar for start/stop turbo gas compressors, oil/condensate transfer pumps, glycol regeneration, air compressors, water disposal treatment, Condensate stabilization unit by distillation processing to get rvp standard.
d.Familiar with Permit to work system, Hot/Cold work permit, Complementary permit ( process isolation, electrical isolation, inhibition form, gas testing form, excavation, radiography, diving, lifting, job risk analysis form, confined space ).
e.Familiar with Operating procedure (issuing and implementation ),separator,scrubber internal inspection procedure, real esd test procedure, hot job/ naked flame procedure f.Familiar with P&ID drawing, ESD matrix, OTP, commissioning, start up new project.
g.Familiar with SAP (SAPGUI 6.20), PI, PHD trend (Total Plant Solution), FCW (Full Control of Well).
