Job responsibilities
Mainly involved in the activities as a part of commissioning procedure like installation, loop checking, logic test, pre-commissioning, commissioning, Operational Test Procedure, functional test up to hand over the plant to operation. Familiar with commissioning related drawings like instrument layout, cable layout, P & ID, Process flow diagram, marshalling details.
Configure and calibration of all field instruments like transmitter, switches, converter, Motor operated valve, Combine checked valve. Process controlled by Delta V Emerson Process Management system with ABB PLC system (AC800) Bently Nevada monitoring system and Variable speed drive system.
Commissioning and line-up Analytical instruments like Conductivity, pH, Toc, Chlorine, O2, Chlorophyll, with vendor correspondence start-up and maintain the Fire and Gas system (Simplex 4100U) including smoke, flame, toxic, H2s detector.

Trouble shooting and calibration of field instrument during operational test procedure Stream #2 process units testing. Logic and functional test of burner management system for boiler and direct fire heater. Co-ordinate with vendor for analyser and sampling system.
