Description:
The aim of this research was to investigate the fluid flow in different porous media (i.e. membranes) and the effect pore size and its distribution on relative permeability. The reaction, separation and purification of different gases from mixture streams were also studied as well as the gas transport mechanisms through these porous media. This type of separation is applicable to different applications such as CO2 separation in enhanced oil recovery and dehydrogenation of saturated hydrocarbon. Modelling and simulation for gases flow at different conditions were conducted in this research using Polymath5.1 software.
