I was responsible in introduction of new technologies: CORRECT stabilizing retarder for local types of cement, manufactured not according to API; GASBLOK gas migration control additive. Activly particiapted in monthly financial report. Prepared documents for tender. Took part in hiring personnel, controlled technical development of new hired personnel and passing of safety traings as well.

This program shows to managers on different levels such information as; done and planned jobs, schedule of personnel, safety certifications of personnel, expiration date of certificates, technical condition of equipment, planned maintenance inspection for each unit. And based on those always updated info managemnt could take decision in planning next job.
