Internal Operations
Recruitment and selection:-
„Ã Sourcing candidates from job portals, employee referrals and other sources.
„Ã Select candidates through advertisement; Coordinate with recruitment team, Conduct technical tests and HR interviews; organize technical interviews designed with the objectives of selecting the right candidates with required competencies
„Ã Responsible for the sourcing and placement of candidates on projects and taking job requirements from department heads.

Employee Induction:-
„Ã Familiarize new entrance with the organizational cultural and process, complete all formalities like salary account, P.F. declaration etc.,
MIS:-
„Ã Maintain and update employee files, analyzing Payroll Reports, Separation Process and Employee Reports.
„Ã Carried out activities in maintenance of leave & attendance management.
„Ã Receiving payroll inputs from Client companies, verifying accuracy against existing database; segregating and compiling and information for contractual and non-contractual employees (where applicable) and forwarding it to Finance Department for processing; taking suitable action in case of discrepancies forwarded by the Finance Department.
„Ã Coordination and scheduling training programs, induction programs, seminars.
„Ã Resignation / termination, exit formalities/process & involved in full & final settlement.
