* Workover programming and equipment procurement for continuous operation of a snubbing unit undertaking tubing changeouts, wellbore cleanouts, fishing, and running ESP's.
* Supervision of rig supervisors and crew of snubbing unit. Relief field supervision as needed.
* Implemented a management safety system for Snubbing unit. HSE for hydraulic workover unit 4years LTI free and still ongoing.
* Management of bonus system for rig crew.
* Inventory management using Maximo. Cost control and reporting.
* Programming and downloading of Metrolog downhole pressure gauges for well surveillance, using Metrowin, and preparations of reports.

Workover Supervisor – GEA Fields, Algeria (May'05 – Oct'05)
Field based 4/4 rig supervision position. Night man for ENAFOR 05, a 1400 HP rig with crew of 100 personnel undertaking workovers, sidetracks, and horizontal wells within the GEA fields.
* Pulling and retrieving 3.1/2" and 4.1/2" completions.
* Milling and fishing packers.
* Sidetracking and drilling horizontal 6" and 4.1/8" lateral sections up to 1000m.
* Running and cementing liners.
* Running new completions.
* Wellhead and Christmas tree installations and testing.

Senior Snubbing Supervisor – GEA Fields, Algeria (Mar'03 – May'05)
Senior Company Man on BHS 235, a short stroke hydraulic workover and snubbing unit working within the GEA field.
On-site supervision of the following:
* Fishing 1.315" and 1.66" concentric tubing and plugs for gas lift and wash water, and of snubbing/running of these into wells.
* Cleanout of vertical and horizontal wells.
* Running of pre-perforated liners for sand control.
