HND – Higher National Engineering Diploma (NVQ) in Petro-Chemical in the year 1993-1996. Now Am Pursuing B.Tech (Chem Engg IIIrd Year).

1. Yanbu National Petrochemicals Co. (SABIC-YANSAB ) SAUDI ARABIA from November 2007 To Till date as a Production Supervisor ( Acting )
The Yanbu National Petrochemicals Company (YANSAB), a new joint stock company by Saudi Arabian Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) with PMT of FOSTER WHEELER, will build a grassroots petrochemical facility in Yanbu Saudi Arabia. The integrated petrochemical complex is called Yanbu Petrochemical Complex (YPC) and the facility consists of eight plants, projected to supply four million tons of petrochemicals including Olefins, Ethylene Glycol (EG), Butene-1, BTX Extraction, Utilities & Offsite, Polyethylene – LLDPE, HDPE and Polypropylene (PP).And produced 1.37 Million Tonnes Per Annum of Ethylene, 0.4 Million Tonnes Per Annum Of Propylene.

One of the largest Gas Plant in the World. This plant designed to Process 3600 MMSCFD of multiphase Reservoir Fluid to produce Methane, Ethane, propane Butane and condensate.

3.Reliance Industries Ltd., (Refinery Division), Gujarat, India:
The World largest Grass Root Refinery Capacity of Processing 650 KBPSD (Consisting of Two Trains) Crude complex of the Refinery has two identical trains each designed to process 325 KBPSD of Crude Oil 100% light Arabian Crude Oil and 100% heavy Arabian Crude Oil.
Experienced Plant:
Crude & Vacuum Distillation Unit (CDU/VDU)
Separation of unstabilized Naphtha, Light Kerosene, Heavy Kerosene, Diesel, Heavy Atmospheric Gas Oil & reduced Crude from Crude column operating pressure around 1 to 1.5 kg/cm2.
Separation of Light Vacuum Gas Oil, Heavy Vacuum Gas Oil, Slop Wax & Vacuum residue from Vacuum Distillation operating Pressure around 20 to 35mm of HG.
4.Gas Authority of India Ltd., Pata,India:
The largest gas plant in India capacity of processing 12 MMSCMD of Natural Gas to produce 400,000TPA of Ethylene,400800 TPA of C2 / C3, 270000 TPA of LPG, 83850 TPA of pentane, and 27760 TPA of SBP (Special Boiling Point) liquid. Ethylene,Polymer grade Propylene production by Gas Cracker unit and its further processing to downstream plants like LLDPE & HDPE Plants.

5. Oil And Natural Gas Corporation., CPF -Hazira, India:
Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) is setting up a Central Processing Facilities (CPF) at Hazira to develop Gandhar Oil field, which is located near the coast of Gulf of cambay in Gujarat. The main product LPG – NGL, LPG – 60,000 TPA, NGL – 19000 TPA capacities respectively.

Involved in the following Commissioning and Pre-Commissioning Activities:
1. After hydro testing,Water Flushing, Airblowing,chemical cleaning, degreasing,steam blowing.
2. Inerting of system with Nitrogen Purging and Vacuum pulling,all system pressurize with high pressure Nitrogen and leak test
3. Checking all process Equipments and pipelines as per P & ID.
4. Rotating Equipment Mechanical Trial Run and performance test.
5. Internal inspection of Equipment, Tightness Check and Final Box up.
6. Plant initial safe startup and Shutdown Activities with SOP procedure
7. Co – operate with Instrument,Mechanical,Electrical commissioning team Etc…,
Process Operation Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Condition monitoring performance Evolution to routine check up with plant machineries like all Rotating / Stationary equipments and parameters.
2. Report all abnormalities and Failures to DCS & Shift –In – Charge.To rectify the technical and operational problems in the field with prior department like Mechanical,Electrical, Instrumentation operation and maintenance team.
3. Safe start up and shutdown activities with international HSE standards
4. DCS failure/instrument air failure activities and immediate response
5. Every shift given sampling for lab analysis and keep maintain Onspec quality
6. Team member in expansion project to increase the plant through put.
7. To maintain good house keeping in the plants.
8. To co operate work with good Radio communication to DCS operators/Supervisor and our operation and maintenance team.
9. Maintenance activities of all process equipments with international HSE standards of Permit To Work Systems (PTW).
10. To maintain shift log sheets(Records),proper shift relieving with our own team.
11. Safe Isolation,Emptying,Purging,Hydro carbon free and readiness to give maintenance with SWP work.
