1998-present Journeyman I & E Technician: Plant-wide installation, start-up, loop check, calibration, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of instrumentation and electrical systems on high pressure gas-fired boilers (produce 250lb. & 900lb. steam flow), turbo-blowers, and water-treatment facilities. Experienced with Moore, Honeywell, Foxboro, Yokogawa, and Rosemount instruments and all Smart Communicators; flow, level, temperature, and pressure loops; Foxboro and Yokogawa controllers; Valtek, Fisher, Copes-Vulcan, and Masoneilan Valves; Taylor, ABB Commander 1900, and Eurotherm Chessell chart recorders; digital indicators, Sodium and O2 Analyzers, mass flow meters.
