Working with STATOIL HYDRO as an Instrument Engineer-Commissioning for SouthPars Offshore Project Phases 6,7&8 at Iran.
Principle Accountabilities: Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start up the Gas Facilities of Offshore Wellhead Platforms Instrumentation, within the time, schedule and sequence of the overall approved planning schedule.
Assesses status of completion of sub-systems and participates with multi discipline Commissioning/Completion team in order to close out punch list items prior to turnover from Mechanical Completion to Commissioning.
Defines the requirements of testing tools, temporary equipment, consumables and loop/functional testing requirements.
Acts as the liaison between the system leaders, engineering, operations, and construction and vendor representatives regarding discipline construction, installation and commissioning activities. In particular, assures that Problematic issues and concerns are properly documented, addressed and resolved.
Prepares and executes commissioning of Process Control systems (DCS), ESD and Fire & Gas system and provide Technical support to instrumentation & systems commissioning personnel including Vendors.
Ensure lead of the detailed preparation (Commissioning preparatory Check List and Compilation of loop/functional tests folders) and Review commissioning test procedures of all Subsystems and vendor work packs
Perform the Start up activities of all sub system instrumentation based on the priorities and start up procedures.
Involved to preparation of Handover Dossiers for Ready for Operation (RFO) and cooperate with Operation team to carry out performance tests to prove the plant, equipment design capacities, products specification.

Worked in Chevron Oil Company (TCO) as a Completion Engineer-Commissioning at Tengiz-kazakhstan.
Responsibilities: Review Project Documentations, particularly Work Breakdown Structure, Project Numbering Specification, Document Deliverables Handover Procedures, Turnover Work Process, Vendor and Engineering Document Handover Requirements.
Identify all System / MOC's applicable Engineering and Vendor as-built required documents, Vendor Key and Action documents.
Review all System/MOC components list (Instrument, Electrical, Mechanical etc), which are derived from Complete IT and Stars database and verify the components with Scope drawings, As built Engineering drawings and vendor redline drawings.

Perform the Loop checking of all field Instruments with Elsag Bailey Infi 90 System. Troubleshooting, investigate and recommend solution to field operation problems with DCS and ESD. Coordinate and provide technical support to carry out Operational Test procedures (OTP) to confirm the Logic function as per cause and effect matrix for the Fire and Gas System, Emergency Shutdown System (ICS Triplex) of Open & Closed Drains, Knock-out Drums, Fuel Gas and Glycol Package's.

Worked with Hyundai Eng & Const Co Ltd as an Instrumentation Engineer for South Pars Gas Field Project (4 trains, Capacity: 2000 mmscfd) Phases 4 & 5 (Client - Eni groups) in Iran.
Responsibilities: Construction and Precommissioning of Utilities, Offsite and Gas trains Instrumentation including Tank-Gauging (Endress Hauser – Japan) system.
Preparation of system dossiers, instrument database, datasheet and review Cable ladders routing (Overall routing) and wiring layout, Instruments hookup drawing, as built drawing.
Review vendor drawing and other technical documents to ensure proper interface and compliance with applicable contract requirements and correspond with vendor on technical matters to ensure that corrective action is taken where necessary.
Work in close coordination with construction contractor to ensure that all the instruments have been installed as per the hookup drawing and P&ID.
Coordination with field engineering to conformity of P&ID, PFD, marked up drawing, hookup drawing and Instrument database. Completion of Precommissioning dossiers with ICAPS check sheet and test sheets, reviewing and clearing punch list raised by the client system based walk down and close out report to prepare Ready for Commissioning certificate..
Involved with Vendor Packages Air compressors, Gas Turbines (GE Mark VI), Export Gas compressors (Nuovo Pignone), Boilers (Macchi) and Propane Refrigerant Gas compressors (Elliott Ebara), Control System (Yokogawa CS 3000) to complete the Site acceptance test activities.
