Contracted to Sakhalin Energy Investment Company as vital member of Phase II PMT for oil and gas pipelines and related facilities. Performed PMT role in Rijswijk, Netherlands, London, UK, Moscow, Krasnodar, and Yuzhno, Sakhalin Island, Russia. Successfully performed management and quality assurance activities, as client site-representative liaison manager of Russian design institutes (RDIs) and western design firms, during FEED and re-FEED phases for the oil export terminal (OET), compressor/pump booster station, and gas transfer terminals. As the pipeline team Interface Coordinator, defined oil and gas pipeline scope interfaces, executed and monitored interface agreements, prior to and during detailed design phase, to assure pipeline/facility design integrity. Worked very closely with Shell LNG project & technical management team to assure LNG plant supplied utilities will adequately support the oil export terminal (OET) operations. Directly responsible for technical interface definition, management and design interface resolutions of all pipeline process and related facilities and their associated interfaces, Coordinated design concept selection, management approvals of process/facility design changes, Risk, VE and HAZOP workshops for the OET and oil and gas pipelines during FEED phase. Coordinated HSE engineering, pipeline hydraulics and design activities during the detailed design phase. Very familiar with oil pipeline drag reduction technology and Shell LNG technology and the critical upstream pipeline design basis requirements to assure reliable gas delivery to LNG plant. Contributed to final project definition of Alaska Gas Pipeline Project, by managing team completion of special construction methods report.
