Main responsibilities included:

* Analyzing and producing the Buildings Area schedule and the overall coordination for the Pre-Commissioning schedule:
o Gathered weekly progress and status information from the Building contractor. Analyze and forecast requirements using the 3-Months Look-Ahead schedule o Attend weekly contractor's meetings: review contractor's data o Make recommendations to the General Superintendent for modifying the execution plan as needed o Provide monthly forecast data for the Construction Master Schedule o Assist the Pre-Commissioning Manager in developing and monitoring Pre-Commissioning tasks and activities o Assist in preparing and updating the weekly Pre-Commissioning schedule
