1) From Oct 2006 to Aug 2009
Employer: BW Offshore As Client: PEMEX Mexico, Ku, Mallob & Zaap field
Project: FPSO Yuum Kak Naab Position: Production Supervisor.

FPSO Yuum Kak Naab is the first FPSO in GOM water and the first FPSO owned and operated by BW offshore (Top side process modules and Utilities). I am being with BW offshore since 2006 Oct from the pre-commissioning and conversion stage of the FPSO Yuum Kak Naab at Sembawang Shipping Yard SSPL Singapore); worked with the multi-national work force all over the globe From East to west and North to South (Japanese to Canadians and Norwegian to NZs) mending with vendors of various process, utility and safety equipments and systems.
We have the first oil at June 16, 2207 and as of now we produced 36 000 000 API 13 bbls oil; Offloaded some 200 000 000 bbls and exported 42 000 MMSCF gas.
We trained the nationals as per oper-cab and some of them are well settled for the control room operation. BWO planning to train spanish mexican at Yuum Kak Naab so as the Spanish can operate the near future FPSO projects at GOM as well as south atlantic.

Responsibility and authority
Implement Production Objectives for Unit Production Facilities Operations personnals;
Prepare the Production planning, Preparing the Production crew Planning,
Optimize production and use of chemicals, Ensure and follow –Up Hazard free operation
Assist and Mending with Clients and BWO Commossioning while in pre-commisioning and commisioning. Witnessing all CTRs, NCR and all Commissiong dozziers for acceptance.
Assist in the "on-the-job-training" (OJT) of all subordinates under supervision of the Production Supervisor.
Follow-up and updating of operating documentation and SOP
Ensure the PTW system is controlled and adhered to as per requirements of the system.
Ensure that all tests and inspection routines are carried out.
Ensure that vendors and contractors are managed safely and effectively
Provide maintenance personnel and service personnel with adequate and suitable information.
Prepare required reports. Assist in budgeting/planning of production activities.

2) From Aug 2005 to Sept 2006

Project: Offshore Kuff Gas Development Position: Commissioning and Start Up Coordinator.

Description of Responsibilities:

OKGD is an 650 MMSCFD gas process plant a Dual in a train four deck offshore plant with Electro heater TEG facility, Mitsubishi centrifugal fuel recover compressor, Rolls Royce gas Injection Compressor, Nuevo Pignone gas recover compressor Alsthom (Siemens) Turbines powered by ABB SACE and Automated with Honeywell TPS - Triconex in Persian Gulf Designed by ABB Luminous Global BV and commissioned by ADMAOPCO.
As a commissioning and Start Up Coordinator my responsibilities to report Commissioning and Start Up Site Leader about:-
Witnessing As built Isometric check up of the pressure vessels and flow lines equipments,
Functional and Loop check up of all instrumental and electrical equipments check ups.
Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of complete platform and sub-system.
Flushing, Hydro testing and Pneumatic pressure testing of piping and vessels.
Chemical cleaning and preservation of piping.
Preparation of protocol for all commissioning activities with third party
Operational testing of sub system and equipments.
Process and Instrumentation drawings updating in line with actual work carried.

3) YEAR 2001 - YEAR 2005 Aug

Position: Sr Operations Supervisor

Description of Responsibilities

CSDGL a 450 MMSCFD capacity LPG Plant with a dual train gas liquefying facility -one with JT depreciation and another with mechanical cooling - producing 850 MT LPG per day as product, 35 000 BBLD condensate and 120 MM SCFD lean gas as associate product, 240 MMSCFD Gas for re injection and Gas lift. CSDGL gets feed stock of 150 MMSCFD ᤢ BarG associate gas from six compressor field stations which boost ups the multi stream multi pressure associate gas got from eight Al-Furat (Shell) Petroleum Co., and two Dez (Total) Petroleum Company CPFs,PPFs & Gathering Stations, and 300 MMSCFD rich gas @ 90 BarG from five High Pressure Tabiye (Total) Wells. Sending the lean Gas for the Total's Dez Petroleum Gas lift. It is an integrated sophisticated project operated by ConocoPhillips.

Reporting to the Head of Production about the daily production, the up stream flow details, planning and preparing for proactive and reactive maintenance, inventory controlling, preparing MOCs and commissioning the modification jobs at appropriate time so as to boost the production and controlling the cost of production. As a Field Production Sr Supervisor liaison between Mechanical maintenance, Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisors to responding for any MOC which ease the process. Liason with vendors in all area to control the quality as well as the cost; Act as a team leader for all preventive any breakdowns as well as minimise the down time in the field area. Reporting in weekly meeting on planning as well as actively participating fortnightly safety meeting to reduce the incidents, near miss in the work area. Trained the National SPC operators in all areas including Monitoring Controlling and Trouble Shooting the over all process with DCS Honeywell Plant Scape a hybrid with Allan Bradley PLC.

Conducting Technical Class Room Teaching, In Plant Teaching and On the Job Training to the SPC National Operation Technicians, evaluating their skills in monthly, mid year and annual basis, as per evaluation developing their skills where ever they are in lack.

4) YEAR 1995 – year 2001

GAS PROCESSING

Well experience in platform operations, controlling the operating parameters accordingly to achieve optimum production, maximum safety and environmental protection. Experience in efficiently handling the gas-dehydration system. Familiar with Glycol re-generation systems. Monitoring and adjusting the different parameters in the system to achieve minimum moisture content and recording the data for the de-hydration performance of the unit, controlling the parameters to re-generate lean glycol as good as possible.

WELL HEAD OPERATIONS
Familiar with day to day well head operation as a team leader in operation. Responsible for establishing the baker, autocon, ruelco well control panels. Periodical checking of emergency shutdown and fire shutdown system. Routine functional checking of S.S.S.V and S.S.V, Manifold valve operations, checking and calibration of pressure switches high and low. Individual separator study of wells and monitoring test reports 3 phase as well as 2 phase testing. Familiar with different well activation methods, operation of X mass tree valves, controlling the well flow with variable or fixed choke according to the production requirement. Experience in gas lifting operation. Servicing and maintenance of different types valves (Manual & Pneumatic). Assisting in slick line operations during B.H.P survey, carrying out multi rate well tests. Assisting rig personals during drilling and post drilling operations such as well flow back, supervising the satellite platform while conducting hot work.

CHEMICAL INJECTION SYSTEM
Routine calibration of the chemical injection pumps (De emulsifier, GCI, scale inhibitor etc.).
Testing of sales Condensate samples for BS&W, Overboard water oil PPM, Salinity. Glycol analysing Lean and Rich glycol, pH probe, Form test etc.

FIRE & SAFETY
As a member in the primary emergency response term in the platform, well experience in the platform safety procedures and familiar with the different types of alarms and assigned responsibilities in case of any emergencies. Familiar with the different types of safety equipment for fire fighting and breathing apparatus etc. Checking and arranging of safety equipment for conducting various jobs in the platforms as per the work permit.Keeping a good housekeeping attitude to keep the platform tidy and safe.Well versed with Lock out tag out work system.Preparing work permits for hot jobs, vessel entries, etc.
