WORK EXPERIENCE IN INDIA
Worked in JINDAL IRON AND STEEL COMPANY (J.S.W) for 3years (july2004-june2007) in Tarapur (Maharashtra) as an Assistant fitter in Mechanical Maintenance of Continuous Galvanizing line (CGL) highly equipped with Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems. Major specialties there as follow: Uncoiler, Recoiler & Rolls for the moment of cold rolled sheet, Electrostatic welding machine, Accumulators & Coil cars for the continuous process of running line, Vertical Non Ox Furnace (LPG,AIR) of 5zones, Radiant tube Furnace, Soaking zone, Jet coolers for maintaining approx. temp.of sheet before galvanizing. Zinc pot, Cooling towers, Tension leveler, Skin pass mill, Chromic section, Electrostatic Oilier, Ammonia drier for improving the physical and chemical properties of sheet, Over head cranes up to 25 tons capacity.
ABROAD EXPERIENCE
From July 10, 2007 to August 23, 2009 I worked as a Mechanical Technician in Teyseer Services Company.WLL DOHA QATAR. I was working in Ras Laffan industrial city also well known for the massive production of L.N.G (liquefied natural gas) in Asia having Refineries, Sulfur plants, GTL (gas to liquid) plants, Fire stations, Common seawater facility (C.S.F) to supply water to the plants in raslafan, Raslaffan power corporation (R.L.P.C). As far as I am concern I worked in raslaffan pool operation handling all the maintenance and repair of Centrifugal Pumps, Screw type Compressors (7 bar), D.G sets, blowers of air handling units. Fire Water Pipe lines up to 12 inches having around 7 bar pressure, fire hydrants (dry type, wet type, and buried hydrants), gate valves, butterfly valves, check valves, air vent valves, globe valves etc up to 12¡¨.
