DRILLING CONSULTANT
Onsite Supervisor for the drilling of deep (6,000m - 20,000ft), high pressured (2.23sg - 18.5ppg), high temperature (230° C - 450° F) exploratory land wells employing a Crosco 3,000hp rig. "Underbalanced" and "Managed Pressure" drilling techniques were employed to maintain bottom-hole hydrostatic and circulating densities approximately equivalent to formation pressures while drilling, and providing sufficient overbalance for safety while tripping.

Operations supervision for 14,500ft (4400m) directional wells drilled and completed on turnkey contract for Pemex, onshore Tabasco Mexico. High pressure rotating heads and nitrified foam or "two phase" (water/N2) drilling fluids were employed while drilling the production intervals of the wells. Bottom-hole hydrostatic and circulating densities were maintained near balance with producing formation pressures at 4 to 6 ppg (.5 to. 7 sg). Production liners were cemented using nitrogen-lightened lead slurries.
