As a part of FDP 2005, there is a requirement to prepare the existing facilities for connection to the new oil platforms and modules as well as upgrading the existing process facilities for increased oil production.

* Preparation & Updating of 3D Model Design in 3D Plant Space with respect to the Piping Diagram for Oil Platforms.
* Preparation of 2D Arrangement Piping Layout Drawing, Detail Engineering & As-built drawing.
* Extraction & Preparation of Fabrication and Demolition Isometrics from 3D Plant Space model.
* Preparation of Pipe Support Drawings and Checklist for the same.
* Preparation of Hook up & Tie-ins for Production platforms along with Demolition Isometrics.
* Preparation of 3D Model Piping High Pressure Lift Gas, Water Injection & Producer Gas Lines for Wells in different Oil Platforms.

* Estimation of Bill of Material for various Piping systems as per ANSI code.
* Preparation of 2D Piping Layout Drawings for Existing Columns, Riser Columns, Propulsion Machinery room, Mud Transfer Pump room, Pontoons (P & S).
* Preparation of Piping Diagrammatic Arrangement ¡V Stbd Aft, Stbd Center & Stbd Fwd Box Girders Dwgs (small bore).
* Preparation of Pipe Support & Detail- HP Mud System routed through Drillfloor & Moonpool area.
* Checking Piping Arrangement & Guiding Draughtsman in their delivery of 2D Detailed Drawings.
