* Start and stop the plant and equipments from DCS, depending to scenario status.
* Keep monitoring the trends and take required action in case of an emergency situation.
* Start CO2 plant removes, Mark-V gas turbine control,Benly Navada vibration control system
* Safe start-up and shutdown of Gas Turbines and Chillers from IES (Instrument Electrical Shelter).
* Stat recompression gas machine, booster gas machine and LPG/Condy terminal export tank, Expander, Reciprocating Compressor as per CCR check list.
* Check and control remote areas by CCTV cameras.
* Start and monitor utilities package N2, IA, water treatment and inlet separation.
* Start production wells as per wells department procedure and close wells for each scenario.
* Gas reinjection in production wells on high pressure with correct measurement.
* Raise a work request for any defective equipment.
* Troubleshooting problems and process change.
* Good experience on Honeywell, ABB and Mimic world, Scada system.
* Check the diagnostic alarms if any disturbances of parameters.
* Well challenge with F&G and ESDs trip logic.
* Cooling water chillers (York) operation and check the cooling water distribution to different units.
* Continuous monitoring chillers refrigerant and lube oil levels.
* Continuous monitoring of cooling water status and adding the chemical as required.

* Responsible to monitor and coordinate the designated operation from Control Panel, ensuring safe and efficient operation. This included maintaining continuous contact with various areas of the entire Plant to keep the required personnel informed of overall operating conditions. The designated operations include all compression like feed gas compressors and reinjection compressors units.

* Tasks and Duties: Monitoring, via terminals and alarms, the operations of the designated area and coordinating process activities according to instructions received and according to production requirements. This included continuous monitoring of instruments and equipment, making field adjustments according to process parameters as required. Maintaining continuous radio contact with SC (Shift Controller), ASC (Assistant Shift Controller) and Field Operators to keep them informed of operating conditions to request manual adjustments of equipment, to carry out on-site readings and convey instructions given by Shift Supervisor.

* Maintaining continuous liaison with other Panel Operators to coordinate the required supplies according to production conditions. Alters operating conditions or product flows to allow prior isolation of equipment for maintenance and re-commences operations according to procedures, following completion of maintenance.

* Keeping aware of ongoing maintenance work by reviewing permit to work records/logs.

* Communicating with the Panel Operators of other areas to coordinate operations that may affect the operation and/or production of any unit within the Plant which included informing each other of changes and synchronizing activities to minimize loss of production.

* Determining the developing trends in operating conditions, reporting significant changes and initiating action as required.

* Additional Tasks & Duties: Is focal communications point between Shift control/Area Coordinator, Superintendent and outside operators during emergency situations. Carrying out similar or related duties such as assisting in maintaining shift log; initiating emergency procedures as required and complying with safety rules and regulations.

* Work Contracts: Internal contacts on a frequent basis at own level and slightly higher level to provide operating instructions and information. Contacting, on frequent basis, with other Panel Operators and with maintenance to coordinate shutdowns and isolation for maintenance purposes.

* Independence of Operation: Working according to established operational procedures and standards. Must use own initiative in taking process corrective action and in acting accordingly during emergencies.

* Supervisory Responsibility: Provides work directions to lower level operators. Monitor and control the remote unman areas by CCTV cameras, if any abnormality quickly sent the ASC (Assistant Shift Controller) or SC (Shift Controller) to solve the problem. Continuous monitoring of the fire and gas system to keep the operating units/equipments safe.

* To maintain the 24 hours receive/supply gas balance.
* To act as ASC (Assistant Shift Controller) in case of absence of the original personnel.

* May 1994 joined Abu Dhabi gas Industries Habshan plant, Compression section, From 1994 to 1996 worked with pre-commissioning/ commissioning team for new and commissioned all the new units to make them successfully to follow the SOPs, HSE and reliability tests.
* From 1997 to 2006 worked as field operator was responsible to operate the feed gas compressor, injection gas compressor and cooling water system. Prepare and operate all equipments in the plant as per the designs to ensure integrity of compressor.
* Prepare and perform plant reading and monitoring within 4 hours inspection and record the data to daily and 4 hours data reading including scope of BOP and Gas Turbine / Gas compressor packages to ensure integrity of compressor.
* Prepare and perform parameter data record of Turbine Compressor such as: pressure, temperature, flow rate etc.
* Assist to Prepare Work Permit such as: Permit to Work (PTW), H2S gas analysis to ensure a safe environment, Isolation Certificate etc. and ensure the completeness of permits that filled by employees or vendors before activities in order to support safe, reliable and efficient transportation of gas.
* Prepare and perform validation of Rectification Report within regular meeting to support Company's business operational.
* Conduct and perform a liaison with vendors and contractors with regards to compressor operations issues to support and ensure that the Company's business remains operational.
* Maintain and manage compressor tools and assets to ensure it can be used with wells to ensure Company's operations.
* Regularly check the quality of GG and Compressor/GT lube oil by visually and by lab test.
* Periodically check flare system and PSVs to ensure that there is are no gas leaks.
* Check the lube oil level for all rotating equipments.
* Use the PPE strictly.
* Join different trainings sessions like Dresser Rand, York, and Mark V etc.
* Maintain the PCF(permit control facility).
