* Major responsibilities include working on projects for the client (Sirte Oil Company, LIBYA), involving Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities of Gas Wellheads, Gas Sweetening Unit (Amine Treatment), Amine Absorbers, Amine Regenerator, Amine Reboilers, Acid Gas Removal Units, Propane Compressor Unit, Propane Refrigeration System, Chiller Unit, MEG Unit (Mono Ethylene Glycol), Burner Management system, H2S Removal Tower, Condensate treating Units, Dehydration Units, and Mercury Removal Units.

* Well Trained in operation of various instruments including PLC and DCS of Foxboro, Yokogawa, Tata Honey well, ABB Systems, & SCADA system.

WELL HEAD OPERATIONS:

Operation of X-MAS tree, Actuator operated Master Valve and wing valve, SSSV, annulus pressure bleeding operation, Panel Board operations, Flow line choke changing and adjusting, FTHP well equalizing, Gas lift injection Wells, Water injection wells, Test separator handling, Well testing, Orifice changing in the flow lines (Oil, Gas, & Water / DANIEL), Flow and pressure recording, Isolation and hand over wells to well services for perforation, Acid job, Well Down hole pressure analysis. Familiar with the SSSV testing, Valve leakage testing, static pressure testing, Corrosion Inhibitor Injection and the chemical injection etc.

GAS SWEETENING UNIT:

Worked on a Gas Sweetening Plant and have a good knowledge. Familiar with all machinery and equipment, Lean amine Regenerator column, amine contactor, amine make up pumps, amine booster pumps, reciprocating pumps, hot water pumps, sour liquor pumps, sour liquor vessels and heat exchangers, chemical injection pumps, reflux pumps. Co-ordination with the shift supervisor, Control Room Operator of deviations which exceed the establish limits for the plant. Records results in daily report / logs. Maintain log sheets and include, documentation of daily activity including replacements, repairs along with turnover notes for reliving shift reports. Carry out of start-up shutdown of plants. Maintain and monitors temperature, pressure, flow rates in the process normal conditions.

OIL AND GAS GATHERING STATIONS:

Familiar with oil manifolds, MP, & LP separators (Two/Three Phase), Booster Pumps, Crude Transfer Pumps, Chemical Injection, Gas/Oil line Pigging Operations, Fuel Gas Scrubber, Slug Catcher, Knockout Drum, Air Compressor and routine sampling of Oil. Gas Compressor, Inter-stage Scrubbers, Gas Treatment, Glycol Regeneration Unit, Gas Export. Isolation and De-isolation of equipment, Vessels and Tanks for Maintenance.

Central Production Facility & Tank Farm:

Receiving Crude from different Gathering Stations, MP & LP Separators (three phase), Transfer Pumps, Dehydration Tank, Heat Exchangers, Emulsion Treatment by electrostatic Heater-Treater, Demulsifer injection, other chemicals, injection rate calculations, Desalting Crude through electric desalters, Firewater pumps, Pig Launching and Receiving (Foam, Scraper, Cup and Intelligent), Storage tank operations, Produced Water Tank, Skimmer Tank, Tilted Plate Tank, Gas boot, preparation of Daily Production Reports (Gas, oil & water), Well Test Data entry, Oil & Gas flow Calculation. Well aware of plant of safety Equipment, Emergency procedures, etc. Also successfully operated Central production facility.

Test run for the standby equipment as per the schedule, Isolations and De-isolation of equipment for maintenance, familiar with work permit systems, Gas testing, mech. & elect. Isolation procedures and co-ordination with the maintenance crew, trouble shooting reports, Co-coordinating with the Panel operator and supervisor during the emergency shutdown or planned long shutdown and during the start up of the plant.

CRUDE STABILISATION UNIT:

The system is designed to remove light hydrocarbon and water from the incoming and well fluid from Oil wells to produce stabilized Crude Oil Wells. The process can be divided mainly into two sections, Separator section and Compressor section.
PROCESS OPERATION:

Familiar with oil & Gas processing have good experience in the operation of natural Gas Dehydration & Glycol Regeneration Unit. Smooth Operation and maintenance of process plant instruments. Calculation of Oil & Gas flow rates & Dispatch to DPR from log sheets. Operation and maintenance of separator and handling, HP, MP, LP- Production & Test separator 2 phase & 3 Phase Separator (Gas oil & water). PCV, LCV, PSV Pumping Crude from sump cassion. Taking separator reading, flowing well fluid through separator, bypassing opening and closing. Crude Oil & Condensate are storing and dispatch to consumers. Sample collection of oil and Gas Wells. Oil and condensate drain system open/closed. Preparing Pig Receiver and Launcher station and Pigging Stations

GAS DEHYDRATION UNIT (GDU):

Natural Gas Dehydration, Glycol purification, Regeneration, Coalescar filter separator, Charcoal filter, Glycol flash drum. Hot oil treatment, Glycol Scrubber Operations, Glycol Booster Pump Operations. All filter changing Glycol Pumping, Glycol Storage tank level, Temperature maintaining, Ground flare system Operation, Dew Point setting, Methanol injection taking of plant shutdown and startup operation.

OFFSHORE PRODUCTION:

Well experienced in FPSO & Offshore, Well Head & Production Platforms, Well testing, Chocke, Manifold, Start-up and shutdown procedures. Control Room Operations, Emergency Procedures, water injection, Gas injection, Oil shipment, Chemical injection, etc. worked in Bombay High Off-shore Platforms.

GAS INJECTION UNIT:

To inject high pressure De-hydrated Gas into Well reservoir for maintaining the well pressure. Dehydrated Gas from the outlet of gas Dehydration Unit will be used for this purpose. Scrubber operations, taking reading about the current status.

WATER INJECTION UNIT:

To inject high-pressure water into Well reservoir for maintaining the well pressure. The high pressure water from the outlet of water injection unit will be used for this purpose. Lube oil pump, Booster Pump, Seawater lifting pump, Vacuum pump, Centrifigual and reciprocating pump operation. Antifoam, Scale inhibitor, operations and taking readings about the current status.

UTILITIES:

Well experienced in utility operation of such as Gas Compressors. Air Compressors, Centrifugal Pump, Firewater pumps. Cooling water pumps house, Water treatment plant, process Waste Water treatment, raw water treatment, Effluent treatment cooling. Controls the operations of the steam boiler, duties include preparation of chemicals, adjusting rates monitoring steam temperature, pressure, flow and boiler levels, fuel and flame etc.

GAS COMPRESSOR:

Multi-stage Gas Compressor startup & shutdown-cylindrical Lube Oil maintenance Compressor Unit pre oil level maintenance. Engine crankcase oil level maintenance coolant water level- RPM setting-inter cooler operation-temperature maintenance, Scrubber Pump operation-fuel gas filter separator operation and Isolation-recycle operation-temperature logging suction, Discharge fuel gas scrabbing-coolant water supply-SDV & BDV operation, Trouble shooting.
