SPECIFIC WORK AREA
AMİNE UNİT
The Amine treatment system is designed to treat 320 MMSCFD of Natural Gas to achieve at exit CO2 contents of 200 PPM on dry basis. Unit consists of, Contractor(22trays),Regenerator(Stripper), HeatExchangers, FlashDrum, Reboilers.

DEHYDRATİON
To remove water contents from gas by the adsorption bed of Mole Sieve.

NRU (Cryogenic Process).
To remove Nitrogen from Natural gas from 18% to 08%. Liquefies Methane at temperature of –259F.Unit consists of Reflux drum, Nitrogen Rejection Column, LP/HP Methane pumps, Dew Point Separator, Pre Separation Column, Reboiler, Distillation Column.

SLUG CATCHER
Slug catcher to remove any liquid from gas comming from well.

COMPRESSION UNIT:
Process Air compressor and Natural gas compressor both driven by Gas Turbines. Synthesis gas compressor and Refrigration compressor driven by steam turbine.

REACTORS

HYDRO TREATING AND DESUPHURIZATION:
Hydro treating of natural gas using NiMo/ CoMo catalyst and desulphurization by ZnO and sulphur trap Cu.

HYDRO-CARBONS REFORMING:
Hydro carbon reforming with Ni based catalyst in Pre reformer, Primary reformer and Secondry Reformer.

WATER- GAS SHIFT CONVERSION:
High and Low temprature Shift Convertors ( with Fe & Cu based catalysts) converting CO to CO2.

METHANATION:
Gas methanation with Ni based catalyst.

AMMONIA SYNTHESIS: (Fe based catalyst)
Ammonia synthesis by radial flow ammonia convertor with inter bed exchangers (S-300).

GAS DRYERS:
Mole sieves for gas dryer with Sodium Zeolite absorbent
GAS PURIFICATION:
CO2 removal by absorption and stripping columns equiped with paul ring beds, semi lean flash vessel, rich solution flash vessel Reboilers with catacarb/ benfield solution as an absorbent. Ammonia and hydrogen recovery by PRISM unit
STATIONARY EQUIPMENTS
FURNACE:
Balanced draft furnace for reforming reaction with three ID fans and using gas turbine exhaust as combustion air having side wall burners. Two ID fans are steam turbine driven and one is motor driven. İn convection section there are coils for different fluids to recover heat energy.
DEARATOR:
Trays in dearator in steam is used for physical dearation of Boiler Feed Water and for chemical dearation Amine and Elimin-Ox solution used.
COLUMNS:
Absorber and Stripper equiped with Paul rings beds for gas purification and CO2 removal respectively. Scrubber for ammonia recovery from purge gas.
DRUMS AND TANKS:
Knock out drums for natural gas, process gas and for process air. Catacarb solution storage tank. Pollution tank to recevive process waste and send to safe location for treatment to save environment from pollution.
AMMONIA STORAGE TANK:
A spherical ammonia storage tank with capacity of 1500 MET.
EXCHANGERS:
Different types of exchangers using as coolers, heaters, codensers, chillers and boilers. These are sea water exchangers, cooling water exchangers, liquid to gas exchangers, liquid to liquid exchangers, gas to gas exchangers and steam to gas exchangers.
JOB PROFILE
 Able to work on Emergency & Troubleshooting in the Plant.
 Commisioning team member of Eni Train-3
 Conduct ammonia storage facility PHA with a team leaded by Merritt Singger (DUPONT representative)
 Conduct six monthly audits of ammonia storage facility
 Develop procedures and conduct work for a huge project of ammonia storage facility handover for internal inspection involving ammonia storage in portable tank cars for ammonia plant start up.
 Participate in furnace reliability and enhancement project.
 Develop procedures and conduct work for high-pressure natural gas line handover for modifications at the header.
 Taking routine changeover of centrifugal Pumps as per schedule
 Carries out physical inspection of rotating equipments (pumps, compressors, fin fan coolers).
 Highlighting any deviation or non compliance of the work permit procedure immediated
 Start up, Shut down, Commissioning, Pre-Commissioning activities in Plant.
