Material Inspection and Certification of all Incoming Insulation / painting / Coating Materials. Verification of Conformance and Reviewing of Material approval request (MAR).Confirming the storage condition of Insulation and painting / Coating materials. Verifying material traceability and raising DR/NCR / SD if necessary.
Inspection & Monitoring of Coating / Insulation activities of Main contractor, Sub contractors to ensure Project specification requirements at site & yard. Experienced Insulation Inspector for Hot / Cold Cryogenic Insulations,
B Gas / CSI certified Painting Inspector.

Project responsibilities Coatings (specialized)
Mainstream coatings of pipe work, tanks storage vessels and structural steel. And FBE coating and testing of sub-surface pipe work for holiday free coatings. UG piping coating and wrapping. Marine mastic & Concrete coating for sub sea lines. Conducted / Witnessed holiday, salt contamination, adhesion (dolly) test.
Witnessed and performed all types of Tests and Inspections like Adhesion test, cross cut test, Dolly test, porosity test, holiday detection test & wet sponge test, salt contamination test, surface roughness check, Wet film and Dry film Thickness check and regulating weather condition monitoring and verification of all test done by the paint manufacturer.
