WORK HISTORY:
From Oct 2007: - DOLPHIN ENERGY LIMITED, Dubai & QATAR.(A joint Venture of TOTAL AND OXY) Working as "Production Supervisor" (Handling DCS Honey well Experion PKS R210) and the following tasks performed during the Early well Clean up, late well clean up and Normal operation of 12 nos Gas wells producing 1310 MMSCFD(max) from each platform.
Start up & Normal operation: As " Production Supervisor"|
- Coordinating with Start Up leader for smooth S/U & first Gas In.
- Conducting routine Tool box meeting & Regular F& G drills.
- Coordinating with On shore plants CCR for un interrupted production and flowing.etc
- Early Well clean up & Late well clean up of all wells.
- Multi rate well test for all wells and co ordination with wire line crew.
- Daily reporting and all documentation regarding normal operations, upsets, daily mtce activities, PM jobs, logistics etc..
- Pigging Operation & all sort of chemical injections.
- Diesel, Fresh water bunkering from Barge / Boat.
- Daily & weekly PTW auditing & Control.
From Dec 2006 to Sept 2007 -:Senior Production Operator(PDO):-
Working as "Senior Production Operator" in PDO (Direct Hire) in Marmul Desert oil Filed and producing 72,000 BOPd (net), also participating in New Enriched Oil Recovery by Gas Injection Project in Harweel having 4% H2S in the wells from different locations, in 62/29 cycle.
- Attending Daily tool box talk and act according to the instruction and requirements.
- Preparation of PTW for Project and plant mtce activities.
- Routine well test and change over of MSVs and MFMs
- Routine area checks, LLFs,BS & W samples and day to day activities on gathering stations, Beam pump Units & Echo meter readings from wells.
- Pump test for Beam pumps, ESP and PCPs.
- Monitoring and adjusting flow and pressure for Water injection wells by auto & manual chokes.
- Co ordination with RIG operations & Well Pulling Hoist(WHP)team.

Worked as "Senior Production Supervisor" thro' Alibrandi Impianti in NC 186, El-Sharara
Desert oil Filed which is producing 2,65,000 Bopd oil and having water injection and water source wells from different locations in 28/28 cycle.

- Performing Loop checks of all the instrumentation and Fire & GAS, ESD,PSD logics with Triconex and Honey well Vendors.
- Precommissioning and commissioning of platform by performing Operational test and functional test by following TOTAL STANDRDS and using with OPPERCOM AND ICAPS, DATA CAUSE WAY.
- Controlling SIMOPS Permits and reporting to OIM during Drilling.

Worked as "PRODUCTION OPERATOR" in GAS OIL SEPERATION PLANT (GOSP)

- Oil and Gas Gathering System:– Oil Manifold, Gas manifold, Oil raisers, Water Injection
Manifold and individual Pig launching and Pig receiving stations.

- GOSP:- Two phase Production Separators, Oil booster Pumps and Oil Transfer Pumps.

- Flare System: - Flare Knock out drum and two numbers of flare ignition package.

- Drainage system: - Closed Hydro carbon drainage, open other drainage and oily water drainage systems and chemical treatment.

- Chemical Injection System: - Antifoam, Biocide, Oil and Gas corrosion inhibitor injections for Oil and Gas lines.

GAS TREATMENT PLANT

#Gas compressor Package: - Four numbers of motor driven Centrifugal Gas Compressors with Suction Gas Scrubber, Inter cooler, after cooler, and inter-stage KOD.

#Refrigeration Package: - Two numbers of Cryogenic Compressors handling Propane with accessories, Primary chillers, Secondary chiller, Gas/Gas Exchanger, Gas/Liquid exchanger etc..

#Glycol Regeneration package:- Electrical Evaporation type Glycol regeneration system

#Fuel gas System: - Two Separate High Pressure gas compression system for fuel gas requirement. This Compressor is equipped with Nitrogen gas seal system. Separate N2 generation unit provided for each compressor. The discharge of this HP gas compressor is utilised to run EGT's in Power Generation Plant and HP water injection pump turbines in water injection Plant.

#Fire &Gas detection & protection system: - Gas, Fire and smoke detectors, Fire water sprinkler, Water Deluge and Hallon systems are Installed.

SATELITE STATION:-

It consists of two phase separators, Oil booster pumps. Oil transfer pumps, oil trunk line, gas trunk line, manifolds, pig stations fire water pumps, jockey pumps, instrument air system, emergency diesel generator system, chlorination package sewage water treatment and chemical injection system. Separate water deluge and Fire gas system provided.
