I started as Electronic maintenance Engineer at PHILIPS electronics company in Algeria, then working for a seismic company in south of Algeria where I started as Observer and trained for several instruments used by this company and I have been now operational:
1-Observer / S.Observer on the data acquisition instruments, managing two teams at least thirty people (Sercel 408 UL CMXL, 428 and Input/Output System Two Recording instruments and VE432/64 vibroseis electronics...
2- Observer on data wire line-logging instruments.:
* Operational on Oyogeospace Instruments MC-SEIS SX1125, MC-SEIS 170f for refracted wave's Uphole data ( Hydrophone, Geophone …) for Wireline logging operations/tools maintenance
*Operational on MOUNT SOPRIS Instruments (GEOTRAD) for data wireline logging using Geolog Software:Electric logging including Gamma, Resistively, Self Potential and single Point Resistance & Sonic logging.
* Operational on RG-MICROLOGGER Instruments for wireline logging: Electric, Gamma logging & sonic logging
3- First aider Level 3: Remote Area Trauma Life Support (R.A.T.L.S) to provide first assistance and orientation for emergency situations
After that I started as Senior Observer for Schlumberger- Western-Geco International Resources Inc (WGIR Libya):Responsible for the accurate setup and operation of all seismic recording systems and peripherals
* Ensure that all contractual and internal seismic quality control specifications for the job are met or exceeded
* Provides logistics, contingency, planning and adheres to company safety policies
* Acquire quality seismic data with Recording instrument Sercel Sn408/428 and Vibroseis source with Ve432/464 electronics.
* Perform instrument test(Daily and Monthly), Hardwires on Vibrators and responsible for daily productions target
* Analysis of the Vibrator Hardwires results real time in the field using TESTIFi-I software
* Perform logistic planning for seismic data acquisition on 2D & 3D operations in land operations.
* Maintaining telemetry equipment such as FDU's, LauL and LauX and Geophones, Fibro-optic.
* Ensure the provision of quality seismic data from the Recording Dept to the Client
* Responsible for use of Personal Protective Equipment and Safety in Recording section.
And I am currently working as S.Observer at CGG Veritas Company in Sultanate of Oman ( Arabian Gulf ),
Having working in the oil services during the last 9 years on 2 D and 3 D projects and Q-Land system,
