SUBSEA CONSTRUCTION & CRANE OPERATIONS
- Prepare Launch Recover tooling and rigging for Overboarding and Remote Constructions like Suction Anchors, Clump Weights, Rigid Spools, Flying Leads, Protection Structures, GRP Covers, Flexibles and tools like ROVCON, ICARUS, UTIS, etc. Other projects incl. Valve ops, Dredge Ops, Winch Ops, Pre-commissioning, Hydrotesting, Pigging, Hose Deployments and Inspect, Maintenance and Repair jobs.
DECK OPERATIONS
- Operating 6T Hydramarine Cranes, Cherry Pickers, TICO and EFFER Cranes. Assist with erection of scaffolding, Wire Rope Respoolings, Guidewires, Socket Terminations, pressure washing, grinding, welding, painting. Assistance to 3rd party contractors in preparing tools for tie-ins, etc. Use of almost the entire inventory of rigging and lifting equipments and appliances available.
HORIZONTAL SKIDDING AND MODULE HANDLING SYSTEM
- Operate push pull units for skidding in and deployment of different tool runs like SSP, choke modules, etc. through Tower with Active Heave Compensation. Cursor and prongs adjustments. Assembling and de-mobbing skidding structures.
MOBILIZATIONS
- Onloading & Offloading Equipts and containers, provisions, waste segregations, 3rd party contractors' supervision, deck layouts, seafastenings, mooring lines, bunkering, etc.
SAFETY DELEGATE
- Served twice as nominated safety delegate to crew and actively contributed to ultimately achieved Flagship Vessel of Year 2007 Award. Pro-actively participate in safety systems like STOP and safety obs cards, 5"S" & Safety innovations projects. Committed to safety in highest degree.
