Subcontractor to BJ PPS Singapore as a Supervisor, (Pipeline). The job was the "Completion" of the 48" gas and 24" oil line that run the length of the island in sections as well as many valve block stations and booster stations. Supervision of personal of different nationalities, Hydrostatic testing, Swabbing and drying, the use of all types of pigs. There was a wide variety of equipment used across all spreads i.e.: Flooding, Pressurizing, Dewater, swab and drying as well as all the auxiliary equipment that is associated with pipeline completion work of this magnitude.

2007: IKM Testing (Australia) Pty. Ltd. Workshop Manager

„X Basically I came in at the beginning of the development of IKM Testing Australia to establish maintenance systems and to obtain vendor accounts suitable for their operations in Australia. I aided in the sourcing of equipment locally to aid in there development and the establishment of their now workshop base in Welshpool. My duties were not a lot different from those I had at BJ PPS, just on a much smaller scale. I also went on projects such as the de-watering of the POG project on GWA platform to aid Halliburton with the N2 pumping and also to Malaysia (Lumut) to complete FAT on Sub Sea Manifolds for the Reliance Project. I also went several times to Singapore to carry out maintenance on N2 converters and Nitrogen Membrane Units followed by full function testing of these units.

„X Woodside GWA POG De-watering Project ¡V N2 Pump Operator. IKM had a 180K Stuart & Stevenson converter on the project as a stand-by unit for Halliburton. I was asked by Halliburton to assist with the project and supervise / operate their Prior Diesel 180K N2 pump on night shift. The job scope was to pig the line with a slug of chemical between pigs from the platform to the well head.
„X Reliance Industries Ltd / Arker Kvaerner Sub sea AS Indian Reliance K6 Project in Kenchana Ship Yard / Lumut / Malaysia. FAT Pre-commission of Subs sea Manifolds. This was a 28day on/off roster. I was their as a supervisor and the scope of work include air shocking, Flushing / Chemical cleaning to NAS 6, Hydro jetting of large bore systems, Internal Video inspection / record of systems, Hydrostatic testing all valves and pipe systems as per the clients specifications.
