JOB PROFILE

Presently working as a Field Operator in SRU/SWS/ARU/PELLETIZER Plant, I have sound knowledge in plant operation and have Pre-commissioning & commissioning experience in
SRU/SWS/ARU/PELLETIZER Plant.

During the Pre-Commissioning Period I involved

„Ï DCS operation at the time of Commissioning
„Ï Claus Reactors and burner dry out
„Ï Alkaline boil out for Waste heat boiler and condensers
„Ï Degreasing in Amine units.
„Ï System Flushing, leak checking and pressure test.
„Ï Prepare punch point and timely liquidation for all systems
„Ï Vessel inspection and rotary equipments inspection.
„Ï Coordination to other department and venders.
„Ï Cold circulations and steam blowing

Commissioning the SWS/ARU/SRU/ PELLATISATION UNIT

P Commissioning plant system vise
P Stabilization the unit and trouble shooting
P Monitoring the plant performance and the same record.
P Continuous vigilant in the field by taking rounds at regular intervals
P Maintaining desired operating conditions so as to optimum yield of production & Co-ordination & Co-operation with allied units.
