Since Oct 2006: Working in BOC India as a operations ¡V Manager deputed in Bellary Oxygen Pvt Ltd. as head of 855 Tons Linde designed air separation unit able to produce 750 tpd Gaseous oxygen with 100 tons of Liquid oxygen with 50 tpd of liquid nitrogen, 600 tpd of Gaseous Nitrogen and 38 tpd of Liquid Argon.

* Owns all aspects of the unit' operations including customer care, safety, reliability and quality systems

Working in JINDAL PRAXAIR world largest Oxygen Gas plant with capacity of 2500TPD *2plants as a Manager¡VOperations. A Joint venture company between PRAXAIR Inc., USA & JINDAL group. Each Plant equipped with Air compressors ¡V2 nos., each capacity of 180km3/hr, turbines, cryogenic pumps, columns, cryogenic vessels, heat exchangers, Reciprocating compressor, hot water heaters and cooling tower., & etc.
Responsibilities:
„« During projects: Involved in tray fixing, column packing, alignments of distributors, pressure testing of vessels & pipes, make ready to oxygen service
„« Actively involved in commissioning of both plants
„« Making standard operating procedures, conducting morning meetings with all departments
„« Managing operation such way that the customer to get 100% satisfaction
„« Trouble shooting on urgent basis and making plant availability more than 99%
„« Calibration of analyzers
„« Functional checks as required by praxair std for all critical instruments
„« Maintaining critical operating parameters
„« Repotting to higher management about daily production, power consumption and daily activities in the plant
„« Making Lock out and tag out procedures for hazardous work and ensuring the job completion with 100% safe way by using standard safety tools and procedures
„« Conducting safety training to junior subordinates and contractor employees
„« Day to day monitoring of process parameters & Keeping track of efficiencies of major equipments

„« By using six sigma tool the losses reduced in the product liquid oxygen by 3.1% ie the net save of 16 tons per day
„« By adjusting the process the Argon production increased compared to mid of 2001 by 100m3/hr ie 125 tons/month, for this achievement got special recognition award
„« By insulating suction line and injecting controlled chilled water to oxygen reciprocating compressor I achieved better pressure ratio from 2.76 to2.98
„« Under six sigma team further improvement done in Argon production
„« Commissioning of world biggest two plants with capacity of 2500 *2 and also involved in commissioning Kalyani oxygen plant, commissioned Brila copper 1000 Tpd plant and 200 Tpd India Glycol Ltd- Kasipur
„« Special recognition awards mainly for plant commissioning, for best trouble shooting on urgency, For achieving more Argon production, For good involvement and achieving safety standards during long shut down jobs namely PP (Dryers)
„« Recently I initiated to increase Oxygen recovery and succeeded to get 500 m3/hr more Oxygen compared to plant#1 performance test, for the same awarded by Praxair Management
„« Saved around half a ton of Argon by adjusting Optimum transfer pressure from cold box to storage tank
„« Optimizing O2 recovery by 5% by reducing Excess air to Waste stream
