I want to find a job of Extraction-Production Onshore Oil&Gas Engineer (Petroleum Engineer), or similar, if you have a position available for my training and my experience.
I would like to work for a job rotation (eg 28 days"on"/28 days"off"), if this is possible.
I do not have offshore experience, but I would like to work as a beginner.

I am Romanian citizen. I have 15 years experience as Extraction-Production Onshore Oil & Gas Engineer (artificial lift, Sucker Rod Pumping, PCP), with the following specifications:
- Section Head of Field Extraction-Production Onshore Oil & Gas, Technologist Engineer, Night Shift Engineer, Echometer Engineer, Optimization Wells, Surveillance Wells, Maintenance of Pipelines - Farm Tanks - Beam Pumping Unit.
- Slickline Team Leader
- Also I have experience in monitoring and reporting production of oil and gas from wells, well intervention, well workover, well completions, water-flooding, chemical corrosion and paraffin prevention.

Duties: - responsible for operations in oil&gas wells of artificial lift and blowout wells.
- I do the following operations in wells: Pressure Traverse Tests, Transient Pressure Tests (Drawdown Test, Build-Up Test, Fall-Off Test), check depth, check tubing.

- 05.2004 – 10.2007:
Position: Deputy Section Head, Technologist Engineer, Night Shift Engineer (Extraction-Production Onshore Oil&Gas Field)
Duties: - undertaking the working program according to the instructions received.
- controlling the well production from the sector and bringing into management attention the low-potential production wells.
- check and supervises working operations: completion, workover, intervention.
- monitoring the good functioning of the overhauling equipment, installations and workover rig.
- drawing up the working program for the malfunction remedy and participating to it's execution
- ensuring, by using the subordinated personnel, the permanent and correct function of the measurement and control apparatus, function of the differential counters from the sites, stations, distributors, permanently monitoring the correct measurement of the oil and gas production.

Duties: - I managed a team of 8 engineers, 4 foreman, 100 workers and I supervised the exploitation of 100 wells.

- keep in touch with sectors: mechanical, electrical, water injection, intervention, workover, etc. so that the daily activities of the department to carry out in good conditions.
- establishing the optimum regime of exploitation for each well and monitoring obtaining the maximum oil and gas fow rate depending on the potential planned.
- responsible of the correct measuring and movement of all the oil stocks within the section (deposits, wells, sites);
- managing and monitoring the activity within the section, the technical-organizing measurements regarding the program and production planning, coordinating and being responsible of the activity of the subordinated personnel.

- responsible of the correct report of the production.

Duties: - co-ordination of the section activity between 16 p.m.–7 a.m.
