Details of works:-Develop and implement a comprehensive Maintenance Program, daily maintenance activities, develop the Maintenance Procedures System, review the HAZOP, JSA (Job Safety Analyse), MOC (Management of change), provide the O&M feed-back for CMMS (MAXIMO Software). Gas Compression and Reinsertion Project consisting in: Oil Separators, Oil Storage Tanks and Pumps, Booster Compression, Gas and Water Injection System, Gas Lift System, Produced Water Treatment Plant, Fire Fighting System, 88 MW GE-Power Generation Plant, 60 kV Power Distribution System (El-Gassi Oil Field- Algeria). The systems are ABB, Merlin-Gerin, General Electric (Nuovo Pignone), Termodyn, Chloride, Asi-Robicon etc
- Maintenance supervisor responsible for a team of 10 electrical technicians. To supervise Work on substations and other electrical enclosures. Reset of electrical protection devices on equipment rated at up to 11kV. Isolations / restorations of HV equipment allowing for mechanical work to be carried out coordinated and participated in the preventive, corrective and troubleshooting electrical activities of the plant equipments.
To supervise all electrical isolations, earthing operations and power restorations on power distribution equipment rated up to 11kV allowing electrical works or tests to be carried out. Participated in the planning, scheduling and execution of shutdown and major overhaul electrical activities.
To established priorities, making improvements on work methods and to participate in evaluating modification proposals, failure analysis and unscheduled shutdowns.
To conducted Toolbox meetings with subordinates for discussing safety and methods of completing job tasks.
- To ensure that Company's HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during performance of maintenance operations placed under his responsibility
