1) August 2000 - till date: Largest polyolefin producers, comprises a 600,000-tonne ethylene cracker and two polyethylene lines, which produce up to 500,000 tones of high-, medium- and linear low-density polyethylene per year at its world-class petrochemical complex in United Arab Emirates. The product application includes, film, injection and blow moulding, high & low pressure pipe, wire & cable and steel pipe coating.

Nature of Work and Responsibilities:Beginning of project phase participated extensively in respective areas in setting up of QC and Application laboratory. It includs punch list, warranty claims and the successful start up of plant. Lab. consists of Polyethylene general lab, Microscopy, and PE Application laboratory, GC, Utilities,. As section leader, heading daily laboratory management and lab. manager responsibilities acting. Challenges being met & duties imparted are;
- Managing daily laboratory business and get in liaise with production on product quality management.
- Managing Lab HR issues consist of training programs for local, personnel HR issues.
- Monitor and classify final product with best financial and product quality outcome.

Nature of Work and Responsibilities:Extensively involved in QA Laboratory over all management and technical program with varied assignments as Chemist, and Laboratory Manager/Section Head (Acting). Responsibilities in this organization entail wide range of projects and activities such as;
- Extend profound routine day-today QA/QC program and technical support to production includes online process quality monitoring and the final product quality.
- Active participation in production test run on different process parameters to extend profound technical support to technical and production teams to meet their successful end results.
- Selection of equipment, chemicals, Spare parts and maintain efficient lab performance.

Nature of Work and Responsibilities: Employed in its Product Quality Assurance Department for the last ten years, in PQA Department as a "Technical Senior Analyst / Chemist" to carry out the technical assignments. The responsibilities held in this organization with varied assignments are:
- Investigation of raw material and evaluation of alternative additive supplier for solid & liquid additive formulations.
- Studied of different additive packages to improve the product qualities in their area of applications.
- Active participation in Statistical Process Control activities to acquire the successful implementation & its maintenance in the laboratory.

Nature of Work and Responsibilities: Employed by this Petroleum Corporation, a former joint venture with "EXXON" of America, as "Laboratory Analyst" in its QC Laboratory. The task encompassed manifold departments responsibilities:
- Analysis of raw materials, fuel and lube intermediates and refinery products.
- To improve and enhance the quality of fuel and lube refinery products.
- Study the efficient oil-dewaxing rate by different additive ratio.
- Update product specifications and internal targets for raw material.
- Improvement of analytical methods and product inspection.
- Participation in plant trouble shootings.

5) August 1984 to April 1985: Plastics Film Processing & Lamination Company – India.
Nature of Work and Responsibilities:Challenging task was awarded by this plastic packaging (polyethylene and polyester films) esteemed organization in their Production and Quality Control Department as "Quality Control Supervisor" under management training program to take over the tasks involved in overall quality assurance of final product.

The challenges met and successfully handled:
- Inspection and monitoring of process samples and assure the quality of finished product.
- Strict observation on the product quality and quick corrective action as an in-charge of the assigned tasks.
- Planning and development of varied day to-day production and product quality program.
