Present Job Profile
Functional Areas: Finance & Company Affairs
- Arrangement of Working Capital & Long Term Finance including raising of funds through MIBOR Linked Debentures, Term Loans, CP based borrowings, Inter Corporate Deposits, arranging Cash Management Services (CMS), appraisal of Working Capital Limits, preparation of CMA Data, QIS (FFR-I & II).
- Constant debt restructuring to keep the finance cost at minimum level.
- Managing Treasury Operations of portfolio of Rs.200 crores.
- Assisting the Vice President (Finance) in finalization of Accounts and all financial activities/functions including preparing Reports/Analysis for Chairman and Board of Directors for financial decisions, Finalization and drafting of Loan Agreements and other Undertakings.
- To ensure Statutory Compliance with Corporate Laws in respect of the Hero Cycles Ltd as well as of 14 other group Companies and maintaining their Statutory Records.
- To interact with Registrar of Companies and various other regulatory bodies like Company Law Board, Regional Director of Department of Company Affairs.
- Dealing with Reserve Bank of India in respect of NBFCs. Filing of various returns, registration of NBFCs and compliance with other statutory requirements.
- Convening and arranging Board of Directors'/Shareholders' Meetings.
- Liaison with Credit Rating Agency and Registrar & Transfer Agents in respect of Debentures issued.
