Chief storekeeper on all project material issues.
Responsible for all safety matters within the construction department.
Issuing work instructions to all construction foremen (welding, rigging, deck, crane)
Liaise with client representatives and subcontractors.
In cooperation with chief mate and chief storekeeper, organizing annual re-certification by third party for all rigging and marine materials.
Liaise with chief engineer and 1e engineer on all production machinery maintenance and repair activities, in order to minimize any lost time.
Liaise with company and client safety officers on all safety matters and give safety toolbox talks.
In cooperation with Superintendent and Master the abandoning and recovery of pipelines, the organization of heavy lifts, all sub sea activities including mud-mat/umbilical installation, and ROV operations.
Attending all project, QHSE, kickoff and safety meetings.
Construction and piping supervisor on FPSO upgrading project.
Responsible for all J-lay tower operations, winch operators, tensioner operators.
Assist the Superintendent in the abandoning and recovery activities, and all sub-sea work.

Organize logistics between onshore and offshore companies and suppliers for the various vessels involved in worldwide projects.
Liaise with customs on all import/export issues during world wide projects.
